I had taken my SUV for some paint that was scratched and they did and excellent job. Full credit to Isaac for restoring my car as new. Believe it or not the Collison/paint guy at the dealership gave a quote for $1000, but I was able to get it fixed and looking new for a fraction of the price.

Paid $62 for the mini detail and $60 for a deep clean of my seats so $122 total. Of course I didn’t notice until I got to my next destination where I could see in the light because it was a bit dark under those stations they work under. These are the results. Extremely disappointed. I have small children and with their car seats, my back seats were a mess. The lady that talked me into this option told me my seats needed a deep cleaning and that it would take 1 hour and 30 mins. They were done in about 35 mins. The outside looks ok. The inside is not good at all. I’ll never be back. I gave this place one too many chances and never get my moneys worth.

We come here regularly and they do a good job. However, I just came and paid for the gold package and they did not vacuum out the hatchback area or clean it. So I’d say just be clear about expectations when you park your car for them to go clean it.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE Attendant was openly rude to my wife. Their staff punished her by making her wait in an extra line. Because they were mad at her. Go somewhere else. UPDATE My wife told me one of the hispanic girls running the lines of people coming in was very rude to her by personally telling her she was stupid and then made her wait in an extended lane. In all of the Chick-fil-A restaurants, I've been to I have never seen anyone rude. I know that's because they train their people and they create a culture of customer service being a priority. I don't want you trying to give me a free car wash, so I won't be replying to your email. You might want to learn from Chick-fil-A how to train people.

Not bad at all but not great. They did a decent job but for $80 I was expecting them to give me a spotless wash and they actually missed spots on the sunroof, sides and on the rear windows by the rear wiper blade. And they didn't even provide any air freshener. I can't say that I will go back as the only reason I went was for a hand wash and it was too cold according to them. And I was told that for the $55 hand wash that only includes the exterior. To include a interior cleaning was a total of $120. 12.27.25 Follow Up - Edgar, Michael and Luis responded to me and quickly as well as professionally addressed my concerns and corrected the issue, which was related to a miscommunication on behalf of the staff member. This was unexpected but I am pleasantly surprised by this superior level of service and quality of work. I will continue to be a patron going forward.

I came to Parkway Auto Spa to get my truck cleaned and was attended by Elias, who I believe is the manager. He explained the different packages and recommended the mini detail since my truck had been sitting for a while and was really dirty. I decided to take his suggestion, and I’m glad I did! Cristina, the cashier at the front, was also super polite and friendly—she even offered me some popcorn while I waited. It was a busy day, but when my truck was ready, I was very impressed with the results. It looked like it had just rolled off the lot! Elias and Cristina made the whole experience worth the wait. Fantastic job all around—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Its a really cute place, staff are friendly and hard working. First a wash then a quick wipe down. This is the cleanest my car has been since previous car washes that have missed a spot or my car has been "cleaned" at. I have yet to do an interior clean but eventually.

I have used this car wash for probably 10+ years because no other compared to the detail and quality for the price. I want to give a huge shout out to Elias and his team for what they did with the mess I brought them. I had loaned my truck to someone and it got returned in BAD shape. I took it in for a FULL interior and exterior detail. I was really worried, but what I got back was almost a new truck. They will always be my go to!

After driving to 6 other car wash locations prior, I found Parkway the only car wash in the McKinney/Allen/Frisco area who was able to fix my rock chipped windshield. They did a nice job, and the price really wasn't too bad. It took an hour and a half from when I got there to when my vehicle was ready to go, I arrived at 10:00 on a Friday morning. I got the cheapest wash (The cheapest one, with an interior vacuum service) and it still took that long. If you've got an hour or two and don't mind waiting, you would probably consider this place worthy of a five-star review. (The waiting area itself was pretty nice, good choice of snacks and drinks, and adequate seating options.)

I came here for the first time today. I was so impressed by the customer service and prices. Being a mom and owner of a mini van, my car was a disaster. I paid for a full detailing and my car is spotless!! I had left cash there by accident and it was put in my cup holder. Very honest people. The waiting area was SPOTLESS, and also the bathrooms! My kids waited with me in a clean environment, which means so much to me. I purchased snacks from there where they have a huge selection. It’s a bit of a drive from my home but I will not go to another car was after this, worth the drive and their prices are more reasonable than other places! Manager made sure my car was clean before I left. Thank you to all the staff here!
