My air vents would not switch from vents, defroster, heat settings or anything. Patrick found the problem and fixed it at probably 1/4 the price of any where else. The knob was broken and he put a new one also. I have friends that go to him and they have nothing but good things to say about him.

Had car towed there as instructed Memorial Day so could be looked at on Tuesday! Water pump I know needed& a/c needed checked! They did not check a/c I called asked why as I have deductible to pay& was told didn’t have time😠very upset with them as they were paid by American auto shield over $500 & I had to pay for part to water pump & hoses & and pay $100 deductible plus check for $214& change. I should not of had to pay this as they didn’t do a/c at all& never even told me! All they did was put fluid in for it to last for a while which was leaking& they had to know this that’s why put fluid in! So charged& paid for fluid to leak out& then no a/c I do not feel I owed them anymore money as they didn’t comple the job!

Went in to get a ball joint repaired they fixed it within a day. Edit - its better now, it might have just needed a day to adjust. Nice people. Good pricing. Not a big business corporation. All good things. Update: still going to them after dont know how many years. Only guys I will truse with my car as mechanics. Took a trip to Banff, Canada. Drove the entire way from Youngstown. Car did fine. Slept in my car, brought my own oatmeal, coffee, sammiches, canned fruit. Got hot water and showers at truck stops. Went through Idaho, Montana, Washington and hit a few national parks. Cost me 700$ - 100$/day, mostly in fuel. Car did fine. Try it. Live. Be safe.

Jason at Patrick's went completely above and beyond to help us with an emergency repair on one of our service vans. The emergency brake was stuck and would not disengage. We are not from the area but Patrick's was recommended to us through another phone call. Now we know why!! Jason stopped what he was doing and researched our issue and told us to try to bring it there and he would try to at least get it free. We finally got the van over to his shop, and just as he said within a short time, he had the e-brake disengaged and removed, spare tire put on and we were able to drive it back to our shop for our mechanic to do the repair. This garage gets an A++++++ from us! Phenomenal customer service all the way around!! Thank you so much Jason for saving the day for us!!!

Hands down best mechanic in the area. Fast friendly and affordable. That should be all you need to know. Larry is straightforward and not going to make you pay for unnecessary work. Garage looks dated but I promise they have the top of the line equipment to service all of your vehicle needs. From regular maintenance to full blown manufacturer recalls they do it all so dont be afraid to give them a call.

Can't recommend anyone better than Patrick's Service in Youngstown. When our drive's car broke down during Senior Service, his dad came to fix it. We have been going there for almost 30 years! (Yikes! It's been that long since UHS!) Larry has since retired and the guys that took over are just as good! Great, honest service!
