Sales was great! But every other aspect when needing to get your car serviced was a complete nightmare. I don’t think they could be any worse at what they do. I can’t even be sure they did anything to my car and they had it over 24 hours and i had to call constantly to hear from anyone. It was just a software update that should have taken a few hours tops. If I didn’t have tracking on my car I would have thought they lost it and were ignoring me. Unbelievable. Only a few months into owning this car and Peake has already lost all my confidence.

This really ought to be a zero star review. Do not use Peake BMW service. Absolutely shameful, sloppy, and unprofessional experience with Peake BMW recently. I've been a customer for 10 years having purchased a new vehicle from them and having 3 others serviced there over that time. Recently had a check engine light on a recently purchased used vehicle. Used an OBD scan tool to pull the code and made a service appointment online informing them of what I had found. I believed based on my own research that the problem was with a hose or a valve that would need replacing. On arrival for my service appointment, the vehicle was taken back and I went to the waiting area to wait for my service advisor David. I waited but was never greeted to discuss why I had brought the vehicle in. I received the walk around video via their text communication and began to inquire about what the problem might be but received no response. After a couple hours of waiting, I began to ask around for David and was told he was away, then at lunch. Finally another advisor was able to track him down and he came to me for the first time during the appointment (4.5 hours after arrival) to hand me my keys telling me the car was done, all it needed was a software update that BMW covered under a recall. The problem is the vehicle had a custom tune on it that they completely wiped out with the software update. I am angry because I never gave consent for them to perform that update. The thing is that if there had been a part that was broken and needed replacing, as I had originally thought, they never would have performed the work without me agreeing to pay for it and giving consent. But because it was a comped update from BMW, they never bothered to get my consent. And because nobody bothered to speak with me for over 4 hours while I was waiting, I did not have the chance to inform them of the car's modifications. David first denied that the update wiped the tune which was demonstrably false as the cold start delete was gone and there was a noticeable decrease in power while driving. He then ignored my request for more information that day about what had been done so I called the service manager, Carlos Watson. He first incorrectly stated the update was mandatory which is not true. I have service records from the prior owner of the vehicle from two other dealerships where the update was declined. He then tacitly blamed me for not having a sign in the car stating that it was tuned and for pulling the code thus somehow implying I wanted the update. A sign? Really? Regardless, they could also have been informed by me personally if anyone had bothered to speak with me while I was there. I have never had a service encounter anywhere where the vehicle owner did not have to consent for the shop to work on the car. If they had informed me that the check engine light was merely a software issue I never would have consented to the update wiping the tune. I requested they assist in re-tuning the car since, with an aftermarket exhaust and no tune, the turbos are at risk of mechanical failure. They refused to help, refused to take any responsibility. Hell, I never even got anything remotely approaching an apology. I'm now on the hook for re-tuning the car, something that will cost me upwards of $1000. They have lost my business forever and I strongly recommend against ever using them for vehicle service. After all that, the check engine light still comes on with the same code.

I called about service on an older BMW. I was told by service that they won't work on cars over 10 years old unless they sold it to you and you are the original owner. What total BS. If you don't want to work on older BMW's that's one thing, coming up with a lame excuse is another. Given the other reviews here it seems I'm better off without Peak working it anyway. I wonder if corporate BMW America knows about their horrible service to the public.

I went to get my vehicle serviced and the customer service was subpar. I understand the shuttle is a courtesy but it was unavailable for a while so I told them I would uber close by and request a shuttle ride back whenever it’s available and they’re done. A few hours later, shuttle still missing, when they finally catch up to him, he shows up with 2 random looking men in the car and only room for me 👀, I had 3 people with me. I passed because the ride looked sketchy and we caught an uber back. Get there and the cashier takes my payment and hands me my keys and I turn around car is nowhere to be found. I asked her she said it’s either in the bay area or out front, like I’m supposed to run around looking for it. A guy standing by offers help and come to find out my car is across the street in one of their gated parking lots. When I left, I felt a sort of way. I’m not usually in my feelings about things but I was irritated and believed I could’ve had better service at Walmart auto center. I won’t be going back here. I drove an hour to get here, I drive 3 hours for better service.

My experience at Peake BMW was exceptional! Even though I had to pick up my car on a rainy night, I still managed to capture some nice photos of the building and it's location. The receptionist was really nice as she received my payment, also Eric in the servicing department was beyond exceptional. He seemed really in tune with caring for my property as well as keeping me informed fully as my car was serviced. I appreciate the fact I was able to get a slight discount and I received videos while my car was being serviced and inspected! Apparently, the last servicer for my oil change had stripped and broken my oil panel as well as removed the gasket ring that prevents the oil from leaking, but thanks to the fellas at Peake BMW they cleaned the oil spill as well as checked for any leaks which there was none! Overall, I will be returning for any future services when needed to ensure the best outcome for my BABY (car). I shot some quick photos and videos with my CANON G7X Mark III to show you all the night scene and how the store looks at night! So if you can't see like me sometimes during the night I hope this helps because it's very easy to drive pass with so many different dealers all on one street! Interesting business model - I go in and look at at a car. I speak to the salesman the next day when the car that I wanted arrived and asked for the best price and was told I would be a called back with the best price. 24 hours later - I still haven't heard anything - not even "the internet price is the best we can do" - just nothing. Candidly, I would like to congratulate Peake on being so busy that they don't have time to sell me a car.

A few months ago, we shopped and bought a beautiful 2025 X1 to replace a 7 year old model. Mila worked with us through every step, making sure we were happy with our purchase. My experience at peake bmw on 10/17 and 10/18 was very pleasant. Everybody was very kind and I was asked if I needed water or snacks a few different times. However I’m here to write a review for client advisor Milla Augustine who went above and beyond pleasing her customer(me) and closing our deal in less than a day. When I asked about carfax reports about the vehicle I was interested in, with no hesitation she gave me the records. There was oil and filter change I requested on the car before driving it off the lot and even on a busy day like Saturday where most people bring their vehicle for service due to convenience of being weekend, she made sure mine was able to get serviced before leaving with my new purchase. She even gave me a ride to enterprise to return my rental vehicle which was a few business down and back. Overall my buying experience with her couldn’t have been more convenient. From the time I first inquired about the car to the time I purchased the car was less than 24 hours and it’s all thanks to Milla’s being so great at what she does! She finished all the paperwork relating to title, registration insurance info etc in a very timely manner. I would say if you are a female and are interested in a bmw at peake, Milla is your person! There’s not enough good things I can say about her and I hope whoever is reading this that’s looking for a car and is in a similar situation I was in, it helps them. Again, thanks Milla!!!

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I was in the market for a vehicle and went to Peake several times looking. The associate was never able to answer basic questions on options or colors and just did not seem interested in my business. I ended up purchasing from Galleria BMW in Mississippi and had a wonderful experience. Even though my car is brand new, straight from the factory, I have had a few issues. I've had my vehicle serviced at BMW of Mobile, and Galleria BMW; both are beautiful dealerships with above excellent customer service. For the first time, I chose to stay local and take my car to Peake. The service center was extremely unfriendly and not at all like the other BMW service centers I've been to. After having to Uber to work, I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling I had about leaving my car there. I decided to see if others had similar experiences and looked at the Google reviews for this dealership. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated as I began to read the horror stories of people leaving their vehicles with Peake BMW. It took over 24 hours just to perform a software update and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed the filthy condition of my interior. Black handprints and smudges all over my tan interior, steering wheel, seats, console. Literally everywhere. I went back into the service center and requested a rag so I could wipe off my car. As I was cleaning up their mess out of my car, I saw my absolute nightmare. THEY DYED MY SEATS PINK! My seats and center console have pink splotches, and I tell them that my leather is dyed. The rep said it was impossible, but he would go get the service manager. Carlos Watson came out and inspected the damage and was extremely apologetic. He said it was “a learning experience” because their detail team “wears red sweatshirts”. He swore he would make it right and would be giving me a call within a few days once he got in touch with their interior specialist who could clean it. That was on 12/5. Today is 1/5 and I have spent the last 30 days calling incessantly, leaving dozens of messages. Carlos will not call me back. They ruined my interior and refused to even call me back about it. On top of that, there are two tiny dents in my rear bumper where another car’s license plate would be. They are parking the cars up against each other! I would drive any distance to take my car elsewhere before going back to this dealership. VIDEO TAKEN AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY TRIED TO CLEAN IT.
