The BEST shop for BMW hands down. They will always take care of you here! Phen and his daughters are always friendly, caring and extremely honest. Any time I have an issue with my bmw (new driver first car) I call and speak with one of his daughters who help get me scheduled. Once I’m actually at the shop Phen takes his time explaining what’s going on with my car and what he plans to do to fix it. I just had a flat and a bent rim a few weeks ago! He helped me with it. This man is PHENomenal!!!

Phen and his team are the absolute best in OKC! They’ve worked on my E46 M3 for the last two years and my experience at Penn Automotive has always been exceptional. Penn Automotive is a very honest shop that communicates well with their customers. They are up front about issues that they cannot fix and offer solid recommendations for other shops when needed. I highly recommend Penn Automotive for your BMW maintenance and repair needs! Definitely call ahead for an appointment a couple weeks in advance, their services are in high demand.

There is no better place to take your BMW or Mini. You might have to wait a few days to get on the schedule, but they almost always get my car back the same day. The pricing is unbelievably fair and reasonable. These are the nicest people who know what they are doing and are quick and efficient. Cash or check only.

Update: I've had to go here a couple of times now (not their fault, my car is 20 years old and things are starting to wear out). The owner, Phen Ma, is an incredibly nice man with a great deal of integrity, as is everybody else there. If everybody were like him, his family and his employees, the world would be a much better place. If your vehicle needs any kind of service, you should definitely be going to Penn Automotive! Nice, honest people. The owner explains what's going on, is extremely reasonable

The absolute best mechanic shop in Oklahoma. Everyone there is very friendly, detailed and it’s obvious they truly care about you getting the best deal while taking care of your issues. I have a 2015 X5 with 125k miles on it so I was about to trade it in. I was quoted $6,200 from another reputable shop but decided to get a 2nd opinion before trading it in and I’m so glad I did. Penn was able to repair the most costly issue instead of replacing it for 1/3rd of the cost! Can’t say enough good things about them!

I have been coming to Penn Auto for a few years since I moved to the city and could not recommend a business more. I have driven BMW for over 10 years and this shop is by far the best I have worked with. They are family owned, honest, trustworthy, so easy to work with, truly reasonably priced, and absolute experts on BMW and high performance vehicles. If you drive a BMW, this shop is a must!!! Everyone I have encountered at the shop has always been so friendly. My experiences with them over the years have stayed consistent and I have never trusted a shop more than I do Penn Auto. Any issue I have, I know I am not going to get ripped off and I will be taken care of. I am moving states soon and regret leaving them. Jennifer has even extended the offer for me to call anytime I feel I am getting ripped off - she even mentioned she's had people come in from all over just to work with them. I don't blame those customers one bit. Could honestly see myself doing the same if necessary. They are the best in the biz!!! Thank you for your business Penn Auto!!!!

I accidentally showed up a week early for my oil change appointment. They stay very busy, but instead of turning me away, they went ahead and performed my service today without me even really having to ask. It's the first time I've ever been somewhere for an oil change where they did not recommend services that did not need to actually be done. They checked all my fluids and filters, and told me everything on my BMW looks fantastic and nothing else is needed at this time. Penn automotive cares about your time and will not try and rip you off for services that you don't need. I will be going here from now on for all of my service on both my BMW and Acura.

This is the place to go if you have a BMW or Mini, I took my car here for an inspection after buying a car sight unseen online and they addressed every question I had and recommended specific parts to keep my car trouble free.
