Walked in without an appointment after trying 2 other well-known and respected places for an oil change and tire-rotation. The kind man (sorry, didn’t get his name) told me they could get me in but it would be about 30 minutes before the Techs could pull my car in the bay which we were absolutely fine with. We appreciated the honesty about the wait time. They sent me a link to keep track of my service as it was happening. Car was done and they honored the coupon for $20 off even though I couldn’t print it off my phone or get the website to text it to me. Will definitely be back.

I don’t think you understand how setting up a appointment works. You know how to take the appointment. When I get there, I don’t want to hear that it’s going to be awhile. I should have just said then give me my keys back. Instead I have to suffer because Pep Boys cannot honor my appointment time. That’s BS!!

I dropped my car off at 8 am this morning because my car went into limp mode. . I went back there at 430 to pick up my car. I was never acknowledged by Joe when I walked in. After getting his attention I was told there was nothing wrong with my car. I was told that they did a diagnostic and they could not find anything. They reset the computer and charged me $82. If you reset the computer obviously it’s not going to show anything wrong!!! I started my drive home and within a mile the car went back into limp mode. I called Joe and after stuttering around a bit said he doesn’t know. I asked him if I could bring it back up and was told all the technicians left. I’m not sure how Pepboys works but if your business is open til 7 why would technicians go home at 5?? What kind of racket are you running there. I would like a refund for the technicians doing absolutely nothing to help me.
