Greetings! I must tell you that if you are needing some repair work as I thought I needed; you need to go to Pep Boys in Boardman Ohio! I thought I needed a complete brake replacement and after I dropped my car off I later received a call from Ryan who said to me… you really don’t need a complete brake job, we just need to inspect and clean up the pads and rotors and you still have at least 40% or more brakes left. Well I did have the front end alignment checked and my total bill was less than a 1/3rd of what I thought it would be! Wow talk about honesty and the service mechanics are top notch also! Thanks Guys! For sure I’ll be a return customer!!!

Guys we’re awesome! Everything went exactly as they said. I took care of in for shimmy so I got an alignment but still have the shimmy. Brand new tires and they said tie rods were all good. Don’t like high speed shimmy

I spent over 3k within 2 1/2 months with you guys for my car to be doing the completer same thing but worst! I’m furious first time you told me to bring it back it was something I was told something completely different was wrong & I went ahead and paid that. Got my car back now it’s even worst! I’m livid. I felt like I was taking an advantage of because I am female a was willing to pay good money & yall just ran with that! I will never come here again

I use your location exclusively for about three years now to take care of the maintenance and put tires on my vehicle as needed. I am very comfortable with your manager, Adam. He is an excellent manager, very honest young man and goes out of his way to make sure that everything‘s done correctly and you’re taking care of. I very much appreciate his attention to detail and his knowledge of mechanical problems and Providing solution solutions. His knowledge of tires is also Extensive hes just an all-around good guy and I really appreciate him. Your mechanics are also awesome they always finish on time and get it done right the first time. The staff is really rude, the worst employee I have ever seen. They don’t know how to deal with the customer. Need to be learned how to deal with the customers and provide quality service. I have book my appointment but they didn’t mention anything during the booking and once I reached their they don’t have appropriate tools to fix the issue.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Let me start this with if there was a chance to give them zero stars I would. On 10/26 my husband went into the Boardman, Ohio location to get service on a back passenger tire on your recently purchased vehicle. That tire in particular was purchased a year ago from this same location due to a nail that was stuck in the side wall and it was not able to be repaired so we had to replace the tire. Great we are fine with that those are things we can’t control. The tire was purchased for a total of $331 and some spare change which is high but we went ahead with it. When buying the tire I was told that the tire had a 55,000 mile (PRORATED) warranty on it but not till today did I know that this is for tread and not a hazard warranty. Nevertheless my husband returns to the store to see if the tire could be looked at to see what options were available and immediately when speaking with “ADAM” the so claimed supervisor in charge was very rude to him. I had to believe this due to the fact that my husband gives people the benefit of the doubt first before reacting to someone’s rudeness. He stated it that we only had the coverage on the tire that I noted up top on this review so then my husband stated “ so I wouldn’t be able to get it looked at today and he sarcastically and rudely said to him “WELL I DIDN’T SAY THAT”. We both understand the stress that comes with customer services considering that we both work for the general public but I also know that you have to keep it completely professional and contain your rudeness. After speaking with my husband I then had him meet me there and spoke with ADAM myself I asked if he could pull up the information he gave to my husband and he stated to me “What information the same information I gave to him earlier” and I mean that was completely distasteful and disrespectful. I told him that every time I have came into this facility it has always given me a negative feeling but the last 2 times have been tolerable but this time has taken the cake for me. I am so over dealing with with NASTY AND RUDE people when it comes to customer service. I also stated that I wanted to speak with the store manager and he stated he would be in tomorrow which would have been 10/27. I believe that nothing would have changed speaking with that store manager neither. That store needs more pleasant people who loves their job. I most definitely won’t be back there for tires or no other car maintenance and would suggest that you don’t either. We refuse to spend our hard earned money with NASTY AND RUDE people. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
