My appointment was from 1pm to 2pm and I can understand things getting delayed it happens but the arrogance and unprofessional behaviour from the manager was the worst part he was rude . While waiting I decided to see where my car was and it was still parked in the same spot , when I questioned him on it his attitude was to hand me my keys and tell me to leave if that’s what I wanted , which was very unprofessional and rude. I told him I can’t leave now I have been here 1 hour and 15 minutes and won’t be able to get it elsewhere at this time. So I want to thank Ramon C for the rude and unprofessional attitude he had. Now I went to Kissimmee because I had a bad experience in winter haven but now I can confirm it’s not the areas it’s actually pep boys employees. I know customers may not always be right but courtesy is free and as a manager should be implemented by him first. Thank you Pep Boys I will not be returning to any of your facilities again.

Most horrendous experience I have ever had, really reminded me that you always need a man with you when you service your car. Called ahead for pricing for a brake fluid flush, was told they can do that service alone for 74. Awesome! I go to my appointment hes like yes we can do that alone. Great! Then he comes out again with the fear mongering. Trying to claim that my brake pads are bad and thats why I’m feeling pressure when I brake. I am not! I actually brake perfectly fine and I would know since I HAVE had those exact problems before and know how they feel. The services he insisted that are suddenly required in order to do a flush (which are listed as 258 on the website) are magically 525. Do you think I am stupid? You look at a woman and think she’s gonna genuinely buy that? I went on the website to book my appointment do you think I mystically missed prices listed? Just do the flush take my 74 and let me go home. Do NOT come to this location if you are a woman they will try to double charge you and force you to do services that you don’t even need! The fact that if he was just HONEST about the cost of the services I know I do not need, I would have just eaten the 258 and taken the extra services so I wouldn’t have to do them later. But I will be taking my money elsewhere and you should too. Unacceptable.

Friendly people, and many workers. The issue is that I was told the job would take 2 hours MAX and I waited 4 hours... my only advice is to be honest to people and let them know really how long they will wait before taking keys.
