Great place to go if you don't want help. Rely on google when you come to this store because after asking for help 2 times they couldn't be bothered to help us find what we needed. They just stood there chatting away with their coworkers while we used an online search engine to find what we needed.

Respect to Edgar and Christian. I walked in with my vehicle, no appointment, and they both immediately assisted me. Edgar explained the covid rules and timeframes. While Christian checked for parts and next available mechanic. I expected an expensive and lengthy repair. Was out of store in less than 2 hours. Very happy customer.

I am loyal to Pepboys. They are always my first option. But Ive been dissapointed lately. I went at 4pm, said they were not taking more cars for the day, short staffed. Go the next day, 5hrs to get my oil change. I also asked for my tires to be rotated, employee said "its always included with the service". Employee called 2 times, rushing me to come pick up my unit. When my uber dropped me I said "were you able to rotate the tires?" He said "of course" I said, "funny, no one asked where the tire key was, you cant take the tire off without the key". He looks lost goes back and says "sorry we forgot, and we cant do it cause we already parked your car".

Highly recommend Pep Boys in this Bayamon location. Jose offered a selection of tires and educated me about each type. I liked the time he took and made me feel comfortable with my choice. It took about 90 minutes without appointment install the new tires. The store is very well staffed.

2nd time in the last couple months. For one vehicle, oil change,tire rotation and normal check up.Never got the tire rotation.2nd vehicle, appointment at 8am,tire rotation,break service and oil change.Again,never got the tire rotation.Took an entire work tour from 8 to 430 to get my vehicle . Don't matter to me, but took too long to do that when my vehicle was already inspected and with 2 tires dismounted.Since early morning until afternoon. The employee that received me in the morning very polite but the others excluded the one that handled me the vehicle didn't know how to work it out the delay.Never going back.

Went there to get an oil change and after an hour received a call that there was a giant rat in the engine and there was poip everywhere. All the men there apparently went into hiding. at least one brave person screwed the cover back on. I went to a quick lube behind Walmart got it done super quick, and no problems. I asked the person if there was anything weird, and they said all good.

Took my car there for issues with the AC, had a diagnosis done, they said it was the evaporator, it was changed, they charged me $1400+, in less than a month the AC stopped working, when back, they said this time was the air compressor but weren’t too sure about it, they asked $1900 to repair it but cannot guarantee the AC will work this time??? Sounds shady to me! Are you having me pay for unnecessary repairs because you don’t have the ability to give a clear and consistent diagnosis? Not sure I would be going back there! The shop did not give me a good vibe and not sure I can trust them. Sorry!!!
