Don't try to make an online appointment , I tried it more than one time, is a waste of time. Today I made the date for 2:00 pm .came half and hour earlier. And he said ,it will be done ( change for oil !!)before 3:30. I return on this time, the employee change..and the new one told so many excuses .... Is amazing. A change of oil!!!? And a made it online.... With enough time.... I am wondering if the manager know this kind of service. This is not the first time.

Tell me the cost of the alignment but when i pick up my car i see a shop fee that they didnt advise me. By email they sent me details of the service that they said they gave me but in the store never adviseme of nothing.. example in the invoice detail via email they said they give me recomendations of change wipers and tires, but in the store they never said me nothing. So the recomendations is explain everything include recomendations of repairs in person.

I was asking for oil change, and check my air conditioner, give me high estimated I need new air conditioner system, that's wrong, drain oil, anti freeze on purpose just to stole my money. I go experts technician air conditioner my car don't have no problem almost $1000 only have need antifreeze, off course been drained pep boy's Los colobos carolina PR ppl I don't recommend theft ppl be careful fake estimates this store

I went to buy and change the car's battery (warranty) and before they help in the parking to do it, now they didn't bring the assistance and I did by myself. Bad, because others stores, like Advance Auto bring the assistace. Fir the next battery I don't go to these stores. The cashier service was good.

I had a 3:30 appt for one tire with a screw clearly visible. 2 1/2 hrs later, still no car. Guy next to me has been here since 11:30 a.m. No one at the counter to answer questions or the phone. Poor service. Almost nonexistent, like the employees here.

I went in to have some new tires mounted for a 67 VW. It ended up there was a problem and one of the wheels was damaged. They ordered and replaced it, no questions asked. They also damaged the brake drums and replaced them as well. They went above and beyond and it was appreciated.

Avoid Pep boys at all costs! If I could give this negative stars I would. After visiting the Carolina Puerto Rico Pep Boys in July for a shimmy we were feeling in the car, they told us that it wasn’t a tire balancing issue, but we needed lower control arms. That was gonna be $1200 and it would take a little while to get the parts. Last week I set up the appointment for this week after making sure that they had the parts and could finish the job. This afternoon I received a call and said oh we’re sorry we don’t have the parts and in fact there needs to be over $7000 worth of work done to the car. Obviously this isn’t organization that can’t be trusted and needs to be avoided at all costs.

Great friendly service here once again. We go out of our way to get vehicles serviced here as they always do a timely and effective job. I trust the recommendations from there techs. Appointments are kept and vehicles are clean when received- no greasy marks or dirt. New service comment for a recent service experience - This time vehicle had quite a few greasy smudges and oily debris on the floor mat. Took about 1/2 hour to remove all with degreaser. Disappointing after Service Mgr. is such a nice person. Updated service performed 8/29/24. Presented $20 coupon for oil change service. Was told not accepted in PR. I have used them before. Poor representation for PepBoys. No information's as to this claim on the coupon.

Don't bother calling; I spent an hour on the phone for them to tell me if they had a certain car battery, never got an answer. Once there, the service was better. (They had the battery)

Really cool speed shop with serious parts, the downside is it's not always open and its closed out so even if you want to just look around you can't. Most who are buying these level of racing parts don't need much help anyway, we just want to know if what we need or want is there, grab it and leave.
