They treat you and make sure that you know that they will take of the problem. And to top it all, once you pick the car from shop, you better believe that that it is fixed completely. Needed to repair a leak in my tire, and after waiting in line, I requested help patching the leak and I was told they couldn't handle this request. 4 sales people inside, 4 in the garage, that's not a ratio that's going to make you ANY money as a business. Although I understand staff shortages, you are a tire shop and if you can't help people repair tires something is VERY wrong. Avoid this place, as 'service' is non-existent, unless you want 4 brand new tires... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It could have been repaired but they gave a false excuse regarding where was located. I ended buying a new tire because they would repair. UNNECESSARY.

They cheat you. I went to change 2 tires and they took 2.5 hours and left the car dirty with oily handprints. The worst part was that they charged $65 for an alignment and never did it. It was a tire change so it wasn't even necessary in the first place. They did give me a refund after I told them. They are good at hiding the cars and you need to pay attention to your car or they could do the same.

I’m in town on vacation. An emergency automobile repair is never something that can be enjoyed. However, the gentlemen who checked me in and explained that the repair work was going to take until the following day was very kind and professional. These guys know their stuff and got me back on the road quickly. Good group of people to deal with. 👍

The service is excellent and professional. They did what they said they would do at the quoted price. Making an appointment online was easy. English and Spanish speakers. I had an oil change, replace all tire pressure sensors, and 2 tires: $1,370. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Reliable & predictable service. The only down side is that they were in the middle of an extensive remodeling. Did not affect service but I like browsing in the store while waiting and that wasn't possible on this visit. I'm sure this will be a short term issue. Recommended.

Checked in with Javier at the San Juan Puerto Rico Pepboys #926. Javier right away knew we had a language barrier. Without a thought, Javier used his phone to translate with me. Even keeping me up to date an at one point I observed him helping the mechanic work on my car! Great experience, definitely recommend location #926!

I had a broken caliper bolt in our Tesla and they said they couldn't work on a Tesla. I told them it was the brakes which are the same as any other car but he wouldn't budge. I went next door into Autozone and bought a bunch of tools and worked on the car in the parking lot. I'm not sure I understand the fear of liability.

The other day I had to go to pep boys because my car was heating up. To my surprise, it wasn’t the only thing that was giving problems Carlos was the one that attended me, really kind and helped me a lot with my car, he also offered coffee and a charger for my phone. I was there for 5 hours, but it was worth the time. Need to give him a raise ASAP
