brought my white jeep through the touchless wash today and it looks like it wasnt even washed in certain areas. Black streaks and what appear to be chips in the paint. Highly disappointed this time around.

I did the "SOFT" touch wash and the machine malfunctioned and shut off completely halfway through after brutally battering my car with what could only be described as recycled windshield wiper blades . I looked at my car afterward and it had scuffs and scratches all over the paint. Ruined my paint, which was nearly perfect prior to the wash. All I can say is, for the love of God please don't do the soft touch because it is the biggest regret of my month right now. I wish that I could sue these guys for what they did to my car, but I'm sure they would deny, deny, deny my claim and evade recompensation for my RUINED PAINT JOB. Literally the only time I've paid for damages to my car, THANKS GUYS.

This was my 3rd time visiting the was with my Corvette, I just came mostly for the undercarriage spray to clean the salt off... shortly after the machine sprayed on the soap it seemed to malfunction, before I could even call Pepin's for help someone came out and took care of the issue, they diagnosed the trouble and even upgraded me to the highest priced wash ($22 Value) without me even asking. I got washed and left without an issue after that. Huge thanks to the kind and courteous woman who helped me out!

Only one way in if you're going to get a wash and no vacuums - which was the real reason for pulling in. I ended up driving down the road to Cumberland Farms for the coin operated vaccuum. Plus there was only one bay active on a sunny, warm, Spring Saturday morning and no one was in the lot. The actual car wash was barely mediocre. Especially for what it costs.

I've come here before, many times but tonight after a $20.00 wash the dirty lines on my windshield from the wipers were still there. I took photos but there is no way to upload to here. Perhaps there's something wrong with it. I do not know. But I was shocked. Sorry, I think the place is acceptable, but if this is the new norm, I think I'll forgo.

Wash did not get my vehicle fully cleaned and scratched the side. So upset! Not just a light scratch either it’s a deep scratch. So upset with the whole experience.
