Ricky does fantastic work! I had brought my Subaru into two different shops, five times altogether over the past four years and the A/C just kept dying over and over. Kept replacing the same parts, and the A/C would work for a few months and then quit again. Ricky diagnosed the core problem and now it’s working great! Recently the fan motor died because of clogged water pipes and Ricky replaced it and unclogged everything, now I have nice warm heat. Very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend!

This place is TOPS. In the middle of a BIG move, my loaded-up minivan stalled on the highway nearby on a Saturday when repair shops were closed. I started dialing numbers in a panic on the mobile phone. No one picked up. Out of the blue: Ricky, THE ANGEL MECHANIC, rang me back, stayed open to accept the job, diagnosed the problem, dropped me at a nearby hotel with my dog, and early the next morning (a Sunday !) installed a new fuel pump so I could resume my long journey. It’s the kind of thing that affirms/restores one’s faith in the goodness of humankind. He SAVED the day. Wish the town of Champaign would make this fellow Citizen of the Year with all appropriate laurels. Thank you again, Ricky. I am deeply grateful. Take your car to PERFECT TOUCH AUTO REPAIR!

Ricky and his team are amazing and the best. He has done all the work on mine (radiator, tires, water pump, transmission, brakes..etc) and my partner’s car for the past 3 years. Anytime I have any issues with my car, I go to Ricky. Very professional and kind and goes above and beyond his role every time at a very fair price. He can be busy sometimes especially when you go in without calling but it is worth the wait. If there is something that his shop does not do, he does a great job at connecting you to someone in town to help. Truly blessed to have someone so honest and kind.
