Very dissatisfied with my oil change today! I've always gotten my oil changes done by vans and always bought vans bucks. I'll never go back again! They don't honor their deals! They charged me an extra $11 on top of the $65 I paid for the Vans bucks coupon. Poor customer service! The coupon clearly states "This entitles you to a free full synthetic oil change at Vans car wash and quick lube." Obviously they don't honor their word.

Very good staff that helped me out even though the computers weren't cooperating to find the filter for my Ford V10 motorhome. One of the few places that have bays big enough for motorhomes too. Great value and great service

Although he was under no obligation to do so, he went above and beyond to ensure a positive resolution to the situation. Great carwash & vacuum! I was overdue for a car wash and appreciated the extra time and effort put into scrubbing my car beforehand. I brought a pocket full of quarters, expecting to use most or all of them, but it only cost 50 cents!!! And that was enough to take my time to vacuum everything, including seats, mats and hatch, along with the very messy floor. I'm pretty happy with my overall experience.

This place takes advantage of people and prays on their ignorance. They took advantage of me years ago when I paid for certain oil for an oil change but they used their conventional oil. They admitted the mistake but charged me regardless for the premium. The other day I found out they flushed my son’s engine due to it being a quart low. This practice is horrible and there is enough evidence and research supporting the negative effects it can have. The jeep has higher mileage and definitely didn’t need anything other than an oil change. However, they consider it SOP for any vehicle that comes in and is low on oil. In the end this is my son’s fault because I’ve explained to him before to not take his vehicle here no matter what. Be careful and educated before taking your vehicle here. Don’t let them do to you what they did to my 17 year old kid.

Service was pretty good. They changed my oil and had a new air filter that I needed in stock. They had a mishap and gave me the receipt for the guy next to me. The oil change guys weren't nearly as helpful and friendly as the guy detailing the white suburban. I don't know what his name was but he had a ponytail and he was very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the oil change side of the business. I'm surprised he wasn't running the whole show. Anyway, I had a good experience and I will definitely come back here.

I didn't have to wait long, the shop looked clean, the staff was friendly and Joe was very helpful with all my questions. I'm glad I picked this spot for my oil change. I was able to use rewards I had earned to pay for an additive I requested and I'm confident my car was well taken car of without my pockets suffering. Thanks guys for the great service! This is the second time I have been turned away from getting a car wash that I pay monthly for! I came in on a Friday to let the know I upgraded my car and needed to transfer over my stickers. No one knew how to do it. So I was asked to come back one so I went back on Monday and was helped a new girl who seemed to know what she was doing gave me new stickers and sent me on my way; only to go back a couple days later and be turned away not once but twice! Instead of looking my last name up the young lady training in the booth told me she cannot help me. Seems to be a huge lack of training on managements part.

Customer Service is joke… avoid at all costs. I have been a long time customer. I pay for the full synthetic service which is their top oil change. I spend over a hundred dollars every time I walk in the door. I bought an air filter with the intent of installing it myself. It’s been pretty busy so I didn’t get it done. This place is going to check the air filter anyways as part of full service. So I ask them to quick swap it out and they said it will be $10 shop charge. Well guess if I wasn’t headed out of town and needing the oil change I would have just left the place. So needless to say this will be my last time here. From now on I will schedule with my regular mechanic because at least I know they value customer service. If I was anyone else I would go elsewhere. You can can do better than this place

Never had any issues with the oil changes but the detailing service here is a 1 out of 5. Highly disappointed with the detail we received. With the 180 we spent to get it done it was an awful experience. I even called back and tried to let them make it right to avoid this review and we got the vehicle back in the same condition the second time. There were areas in the vehicle that didn’t get touched either time we brought it in and the stuff that did get cleaned did not get cleaned on a professional detailer level. We could have saved the 180$ and did it ourselves and had the same outcome. I hope this is helpful!

Extremely unpatriotic company. They don’t offer a discount for Veterans. Not even on Veteran’s Day. Very disappointing & sad. 1 out of 10 would recommend. If I could give ZERO stars I would. They also don’t even have a Senior discount which really sucks for the older generation.
