Have the monthly pass and just got my car detailed bumper to bumper. The detail came out amazing!! Very thorough and squeaky clean. They all work very hard, especially Joe who is always personable. Don’t go anywhere else if you want quality.

The wash was good, but they cracked my (never used so no reason to be open/down) passenger window and left it down through the wash, (pre-Covid when you got out for them to vacuum and do interior). I went for the wash that included everything to waxing, totally soaking my seat in the winter. They also did vacuum out under the trunk hood and front when I asked which was appreciated. Was mad about having a soaked car seat though.

The absolute worst! From the terribly rude and discourteous staff to the fact that they can't even maintain their driveway add on that they charge $21 for the most basic wash and dry; why would anyone ever go here?! It used to be professionally run and you felt as though the business owner actually cared; those days are long gone.

The guy in the front, the one who collected the money - with the beard, is not a good worker. He vacuumed and didn’t go under the mats. I told him that there is dirt under there and he said that there wasn’t. He picked up the mat and there was dirt. He went over it for about a second, didn’t get under the seat and hardly went along the side. They do the minimum at this place. It is also very high priced. I went to another place and vacuumed myself. We just moved here. I’ll never go back. It is the worst car wash I’ve ever seen. I get car washes every two weeks.

This place is terrible Rude Staff that looks like they are all on home release and the worst wash around My car came out filthy and I pointed it out and the manager got an attitude. My rims were still filthy and the back of my car was filthy as well. They should have noticed it and said hold on we ant to run this back through for you. Go to Torrington , this place is terrible. I cancelled 3 monthly plans

Just got a wash. Paid for platinum. That should include everything including rims. They wand washed my front tire on oneside then I went through. There was soap left all over my truck I pointed it out and they said they would wipe it off. 1 I want it rinsed off 2 they can't reach the middle of my hood so now it's going to be left. I then said are you going to do my rims? He said all done I said you didn't touch them he said all done and walked away. NEVER AGAIN

Outside wash and vacuum. Bug spots still on the car seats still have cookie crumbs on them. Door sill still dirty and a get leaves are stinky the hatchback. Perhaps this was a bad day. Will try again, but, we see Update: I received an email from the wash,they were sorry and hoped that my next experience will be better. No offer to re-do this one to fix the problem. I will not go back.

I will not go to Litchfield Personal Car Wash Again. I gave this place enough chances. Number one reason they are NOT friendly! I said Hello 3 times this morning to get a ZERO response back. They were to clean my windows they did not and the car over all cleaning was only fair. I will go to the Torrington Car Wash going forward.

Car wash is horrible. Nothing is cleaned properly. I had to go home and spend over an hour washing my windows, cleaning the windshield. They said they would wipe the mud off from my pup and I still had mud everywhere. A waste of money and time. I've given them a couple of chances and they are terrible. Dont go there ever!!! So Over them!

Their machinery and driveway are not maintained at all. Destroyed my front tie rods, TPMS, and a tire. Trying to keep the salt off my car this winter has cost me $2500 because I decided to go to my local car wash.

Birds nailed the hood on my car yesterday, so I brought it to this car wash. It’s an expensive car wash, and I was very disappointed to see that not only were the many bird poops not removed from my hood by the people who scrub the car before it goes through the actual car wash, but they were also completely overlooked and left there by the crew who dry the car when it comes out at the end of the wash! -
