Vacuums never work, lucky if car wash is 100% functional. Good monthly rate for 2 washes a day. Also I have had plastic ripped off of my vehicle on 2 separate occasions. If you have a nice car avoid this car wash or find a touchless wash!

I purchased the best car wash and it wasn't anything special. You still need to dry the car and they don't seem to use much / if any wheel grease/ shine. The worst part and the reason I have a 2 is because they have over 8 vacuums and only 2 work at 30-40%. They say they are supposed to be getting new machines but until they do, it only seems reasonable to close the barely working vacuums!

Do NOT get the monthly subscription. It is impossible to cancel. They claim you can manage it online but that is a lie. None of their phone numbers work. They also increased the monthly fee without notifying me! I had to file a fraud claim and put a stop payment on my credit card! Update: I reached out to the number provided below. They refunded me 1 month. They said they would cancel both of my accounts. Yet the incompetence continues, as they only canclled one. I got charged yet again and had to call again. Where Dwight confirmed he only canceled one account! Beware!

I’ve been a customer here for more than 6 years. Up until 2022 id easily give 4-5 stars. This year personal touch is so inconsistent with quality and especially hours. The last 3-4 weeks I come at least twice a week and was told staffing issues so they’re “closing early” ie 3-4 pm even tho they advertise 818. Today is a Beautiful Sunday morning there are countless cars trying to take advantage of their monthly wash plans but cannot. There’s staffing issues everywhere this place needs to figure it out. It doesn’t take much to guide a car in a tunnel and press a button. My business is gone and so is many others. Pathetic.

Went to this car wash today around 3:45pm with my white Pilot. I chose the Gold express option for SEVENTEEN dollars and my car is still dirty. The Man came over to place my $20 bill in the machine because the machine was not accepting cards. The man tried to up-sell me for 3 dollars for tire and undercarriage which I did not get. My issue is the "Gold express" is advertised with tire shine undercarriage tire & wheel and pre soak (I did not get any of these, but I paid for them). The young man who guided me in never sprayed my car just walked away. I looked around my car when I got to work and noticed my front bumper, rear bumper/gate and rear window are FILTHY. Would not recommend this car wash, if they are not going to give you what you pay for.

I should’ve known better than to renew this service from Personal Touch. The most incompetent workers. Always have to go thru twice if I want my car washed properly. Asked why they don’t use the brush to manually scrub the back that the automatic can’t reach? And guy says, I have to request.. 3 people standing around, I’m the only car at the moment and I have to request. I went thru again and requested. They still never used the brush. Then the machine stops halfway into the wash. I had to call them to let them know it stopped. I said kindly cancel my account. He puts me on hold then hangs up the phone. I called back and finally got him to cancel. Personal Touch North Providence-you need to do better. 🙄

For a car wash place the place is decent. But they get 2 stars because they advertise free vacuums as part of the car wash service. Only half of the vacuums actually work because the hoses are broken off. Those that do work have the sucking power of a 80 year old asthmatic. Hand held battery powered vacuums have more sucking power than these things. It’s a joke. You get what you pay for. Update - 7/30/23 - they have installed new vacuums that work well.

I never leave any reviews but I had to for this place. Awful establishment. Scratches up your car, every other vacuum is broken with no signs so you find yourself walking to every single one trying to find one that works. I drove through only to get my tire completely wrecked. The employees called the manager Lester and he completely disregarded the situation and said it was not their problem and didn’t even offer an apology. I had to get a whole new tire because the tire was completely destroyed. Do not recommend!

Beware before you go. I only go to these express car washes for the vacuums because the automatic car wash sucks. On top of the car wash being subpar, the attendant didn’t spray my car before going in so it wasn’t even mediocre. But ON TOP OF THAT, and the purpose of this review, they took all of the attachments off the vacuums so you can’t clean the hard to reach places. I didn’t even finish vacuuming because it’s too hard to even hold the vacuum without the attachment. I really want my $12 back, Dwight.

Purchase a $10 promo only running for a month unlimited car washes for 10 bucks. Ended up choosing the most expensive package they had why not for $10 and if you're not satisfied with your car you can run it through again staff is very friendly plenty of free vacuums.

Horrible car wash paid 21 dollars last Sunday and my car is still dirty ! Can see the brush marks on my side mirrors and left a nasty film on my windshield.... Spend your money elsewhere

I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience with this car wash membership. I signed up about six months ago and have been paying regularly. However, despite numerous attempts to cancel at both the North Providence and Johnston locations, I was repeatedly told that my account couldn’t be found. It wasn’t until a worker finally asked if I had the original payment card on me that my account was located — only to discover that it wasn’t even my account! The profile that came up was for someone else, with a different license plate and all of their personal information. So, for SIX MONTHS, I’ve been paying for someone else’s car wash services, while being told my account couldn’t be located. I also tried reaching out to the email listed on the website, but it won’t even allow me to send a message. This has been a complete nightmare, and I am now trying to get a refund for the worker’s mistake, but with no luck. I would highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to deal with endless frustration and confusion.

If you get the young spanish looking chick, leave! She doesn't communicate at all. She just stared at me until I pulled up didn't guide me in. My car sits low, I can't see if I'm on the track or not. I'm watching her and the front of the car, making eye contact, waiting for the typical left or right motion and nothing. She comes to my window & gives a horizontal motion to roll down window as these horrendous noises are going on. I hit the breaks (thinking she would stop the machine) as she is telling me not to move the wheel, which I wasn't, or else my rim would "pop off". I go "should I put it in neutral" she goes "oh, yea" as if she forgot. I rolled up window as she was talking lest I get the interior sprayed as we were that close to the wash. Horrible exp. Plastic hub cap got cracked, I'm hoping that is the only damage done. If she cant do basic communication, she shouldnt have the job. Tbh though, I think the jobs there are charity jobs to keep people employed bc they pay a guy to insert cc and punch in a code. Maybe most people just pull up and don't get guided in and silly me for expecting communication/help. Anywhere I've gone be in mechanic or otherwise the guy points left right or does the straight back motion. It seems like she has a show up and have a pulse mentality. Idt I'll go back, but if I do, I guess I need to be more vocal. I've had a sore throat as well and didn't want to have to yell.

NEVER NEVER NEVER use this location!!!!!!! My car was scratched and I was dismissed by management in the office. Not even respectful enough to return my calls on my claim. A brand new car scratched and they could care less. Not the first time I heard this story either. I wouldn't spend a nickel here ever again. Three words Management... Small Claims Court.

TERRIBLE wash experience. Went today and you would not know my car was even washed. Paid extra for the tire brie shine the guy never went near the tires. The car was in and out of the was in record time! I have never gone through an automatic car wash so fast in my life. Shirt job!! 0 stars!!! Would love to give you the pics but don't see a spot here to put them. Just to let you know all those pics with the people working on the cars is fake does not happen at all. No one wipes your car down when you get out no one scrubs it with a brush no one does anything to any part of your car except point to where your tire needs to go.

The car wash broke my vehicle's rear bumper as seen in the photo (it broke off the clips too, I can't just pop it back in), after speaking with employees they mentioned that the car wash had done the same thing to another vehicle a few weeks earlier. I spoke with the manager Anthony twice and he promised to call me back to work out the details of the repairs as soon as he could check the camera tapes. It's been several weeks and he won't respond to any of my messages. Don't go here, they'll break your vehicle and they won't make it right. Edit 2024 June 5: I reached out to the business shortly after they responded and they've been dragging their feet in getting my car fixed. The problem absolutely has not been resolved.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH. I only gave it 1 star because I had to. The wash leaves scratches on your car and it will still look dull even after the full service wash. Since they don’t use towels, the heat on the dryer is so high it bubbled the paint on the front of my car.

Just went through not once but twice! Then tried to use their “free vacuum” and was like jeez this thing sucks and look back and the hose detached. I hooked it back up and it still sucked (and not how I wanted it to). Definitely don’t waste your money. I also noticed towards the end of the wash the driver side thing spinning didn’t come out enough to touch my car and the passenger side wasn’t even spinning.
