Horrible truck rental experience. We flew in from out of state with a 16’ foot truck reservation at this location. We arrived in the morning and they said they only have 12' trucks. We are here without transportation, a move we are trying to do this weekend, and completely stuck. No courtesy call, nothing. Horrible company.

Could have been better at marking out of order gas pumps the last time I was here. Instead you didn't know until you went to put your card in that the pump was not working correctly. Would have been a bit more frustrating if it had been busy.

Deceptive gas pricing on sign. Advertised as with car wash discounted price. I have never seen such seemlingly overtly deceptive pricing for a gas station ever

The owner is very rude! He racially profiled us because my debit card wasn’t working properly. He took the card from my 17yr old daughter and called the police on her for stealing. I was right there in the car. My daughter never left the store with ANY items! I went in there and he refused to give me my debit card back! He said it was illegal to return my card! I called the police myself because the owner said he has my plate number and will file a report on us for stealing! We never got any items! My chip on my card acts funny and takes a few times to work! I even tried showing the owner my bank balance and he refused! Do not shop here! Everyone in line was appalled by his behavior! I have video if anyone wants to see it! We are waiting for the police to come as we speak. This city is going down as a whole. All I wanted was something to drink for God’s sake!

SCAM ALERT - Do not rent their truck. Budget didn't step in either. I rented with 1/4 tank, I returned with 1/4 tank, they charged me the refill even though I brought this to the attention of the attendant when I checked out. At check in, he refused to provide a receipt. Saying it's "all in the system". This was a practiced scam.

This place is a freaking joke. Don't ever rent a Budget Truck from here. The truck we rented air conditioning was not working. We never took it off the lot and now can't get them to cancel. The Budget National number is a joke as well as they refer us back to the location to cancel. The guy working the desk doesn't have a clue and English is limited so he just hung up on us and now won't answer.

Absolute worst gas station in the area they will ring up different prices than advertised or product actually cost. They will just key in a price when your not paying attention. they make every attempt possible to make extra money off unsuspecting customers so watch out. Ive had them ring in a singke brisk tea marked at 1.79 as 3 dollars. Plus guy that works overnight will take your money. he will not split up charges, he refuses services if you attempt to double-check any math.VERY RUDE!! Don't try and pay a portion of your total in cash & card because multiple times they have said my card has went through just to turn around and have it be declined for the full amount but will take the remaining amount out of the account double check all transactions coming from the store. Be sure to keep an eye on your transaction history after shopping here because they are known to charge cards more than once. If you can just skip this place ALL TOGETHER!!! 💯

I paid five dollars to the cashier and asked him to please authorize the pump where my car was parked. I turned on the pump put the five dollars in my car to drive to the hospital where I was late and there is no gas in my car I still only have 16 miles For range . This is unbelievable. This gas station needs to be audited and fined! These are common thieves and criminals running this place

5 years later and I'm back. This is still the worst gas station in denver. It's an absolute dump. All of the pumps have some problem. The screens are blown out on most of them. Pumping handles are broken. Garbage everywhere. Incorrect information on there price sign. This place should be closed.

So it's 334am in staying at the motel next door this place is supposed to be 24 hours but the door is locked I've called several times I even saw the guy he just ignored me I have no car it's cold outside. Like if you can't handle your shift don't work it.

Don’t stop here with kids, not great for a pit stop for anyone. There was an unhoused person I assume taking a sink bath in the only unisex bathroom, and when we finally got in with my only recently potty trained kid (reason we didn’t just go to another station) I almost got a contact high it reeked so badly of weed. The walls are stained, the mirror and evidently other decor from a bygone era have been ripped out of the walls, and the sink has a “push” style spigot that you have to hold down in order to get any water, forcing you to repeatedly touch it while attempting to wash your hands. 0/10 do not recommend. The man in the front was polite and offered my toddler a free banana which I will assume was a genuine gesture of kindness, and the gas pump was standard and nothing to complain about; average prices for Denver.

I believe I talked to the owner when I was over there I was visiting a friend in that area and I stopped by the store and I'll tell you what man whoever owns that place she knows how to put a Convenience store together because it add everything I believe the man behind the counter was the owner and he was friendly and courteous and kind and when I complimented his store he seemed to respond very positively like that meant something to him. I go over there occasionally and if I ever he doesn't think that's where I'm going so I would advise you go to.

Just added another reason to never acknowledge this location. Made a reservation for a budget cargo van for noon, was forced to wait over 30 minutes and was given keys for a truck. Whatever, had stuff to get done and was already behind schedule. Tried to return and even that was a hassle. Cashier was rude and demanded information he could've easily verified himself when he inspected the truck or information he already had. The cherry on top? He accused me of returning the truck with a half empty tank because he apparently can't tell the difference between a battery symbol and gas symbol. Tank was full, I have photographic evidence proving it. Sticking with Uhaul from now on.

I went to find out if a $50 lottery was a winner and I voiced my concerns about it beforehand and then he lied and said it was already cashed in. He gave me the receipt saying when it was cashed. And that was 2 min ago at the time. And then I went back and he told me that he wasn’t going to give me the money. I’ve already emailed the store so I’ll update what happens. It’s all on camera. So as long as he doesn’t destroy or corrupt the footage he will be shown to have victimized me. Here’s the receipt below.

This place is dirty and smells like someone just took a mean one in the bathroom. The place is dangerous to be honest, there are a lot of people who stand around at this place and beg for money and cigarettes. And at night time it’s real bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I drive through this part of town I tried to stop at the rocket that's right before this one and it never takes my cards, I come to this one the gas is always more expensive and it always takes my cards. Seems like a scam

This gas station is very convenient and helpful - it’s easy to access from the airport, with a huge variety of snacks and candy I can’t find anywhere else. The employees are nice and they are working very hard to keep customers happy.

Sign says $2.09 but in very very small print says with car wash. I stopped pumping my gas when I realized this, take my business somewhere honest.
