Don't go at night. Location isn't the greatest but the store itself is fine. The gambling machines attract the wrong crowd to loiter here.

Great for breakfast food and fountain soda. Haven't had coffee from here in the morning because it's always out. Other than no coffee in the morning, fast to go in and check out in the mornings.

I visited MPC 93, Philips Gas Station 1412 Rangeline, Columbia, MO 65201, on March 14, 2022 at 1:28 pm. I wanted to fill my gas tank & to get a full service DELUX CAR WASH. After inserting my credit card at pump, I waited for the menu for car wash, IT DID NOT APPEAR. Well I went ahead filled my tank, & waited for screen for car wash. May be it might appear at the end. Again, IT DID NOT HAPPEN & I received my receipt for gas only. So I went inside the store to talk to someone. A very mature lady (VERY RUDELY) told me "car wash is out of order, you should have come inside". I told her, but there is NO NOTICE at the pump. How am I supposed to know the car wash is not working? In the mean time, a gentleman whispered in her ear & she very UNWILLINGLY gave me a FREE CAR WASH ticket with the code. Next day, I tried to get my car washed, but MISHAP happened, Car got sprayed with sprinkles of soap but no water was sprayed. It may have been probably my mistake. Once again I went inside the store to explain. Unfortunately, same mature lady responded to me, You need to talk to our Manager, ABBEY. She will come tomorrow. She was not interested to listen to me. She just wanted to get rid of me. I found out her name is CAROLINE. I sincerely don't want anything bad happen to her BUT I JUST WANT TO TELL HER SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SO RUDE TO CUSTMERS. And she should learn to be more patient. By the way, I am a very frequent customer of this station because they have excellent facility of car wash which I enjoy most. But this time it was NOT a decent experience.

Trash place I'll never go there again unless it's with the detectives loitering is out of control and so are the customers and some of the employees obviously if you go there and somebody tries to hurt you they're not going to help you they're not even going to call for help I've been going to the store for almost a year longer than that but daily or nightly for quite some time the employees no longer care about to safety of the customers All they care about is that nobody takes the merchandise in the store it's very sad I'm having to do this right now it's very sad that I had stuff happened to me at that store very recently and because of it I've lost some of my memory so if you go to the store just be cautious and safe no matter what safety first

Staff is rather lazy. I have watched as customers where told that they where not able to pay with cash or change , The customer did appear "on hard times" But $ is $. Turning away people who want to pay for there items is a great way to have those peolle come back and just take them. And thats at our the customers expence. . More perfectionism and kindness is recommended for this location. Other than that. Its clean and orderly . Just as one would expect.

Just got off work and stopped by this store for an item that was behind the counter. I walked up to the counter, instead of asking me what I needed, she told me to leave my bag at the door, and I will not be served until I do. but yet she told the lady that was behind me that she can keep her purse.. straight garbage..

Staff normally seems like they hate there life. Staff yelling at a guy to take is bag off and leave it at the door. As he asked why and points out two women that had bags on there side that was bigger then the gentleman man had. As he asked why he had to take his off and the woman did not. With no answer other then her asking him to leave he asked.looking very proud of her self. He asked if she was the manger and she said ni and pointed to other women and she raised he hand and nodded. Hesaid is this lady for real im just going B in the game room she said it dont matter she must leave your place he said and walked out. He came back a few min latter and said yall are responsible if anything comes up missing and the lady got really mad and said no were not the gentleman went shower her on the phone according to missouri state law that if a store mandates you to put your personal property somewhere to enter there store they are leaglly responsible for making sure it is not tampered with or stolen. The lady started getting even madder and looking like the bride on the nightmare before Christmas and manger stayed pretty quiet the whole time. The whole situation was stupid but in all honesty they should be responsible for the peoples belongings if they make them take the item off. And they sould not get to pick who get to carry a bag and who cant. There seemes to always be some sort of drama i recommend not stoppin if your in the area when stoping

LOSE-LOSE! DO NOT EVER PLAY SLOTS HERE AGAIN. They TANKED the WIN ratios literally overnight after they reconfigured the machines ~ 2 wks back. Been coming here for years, winning 100-500+ weekly, but after they put new machines/reset the old 'winners' & programmed them to payout less. Spoke w >2 dozen folks who observed the same. This was also verified by 2 separate employees. No more big payouts! t's a shame. This is no longer a place to win-YOU WILL ONLY LOSE

The staff was generally rude and didn’t even offer a receipt. Thankfully I could print one off at the pump so I could see that they overcharged me. Only thing this place has going for it is the relatively low gas prices.

I purchased a pack of cigs and 2 drinks started smoking a cig and drinking a coke outside and got chased off by one of the workers saying I can't sit out there and finish my cigarette. That's not very good customer service and for a business to not let you enjoy something you just purchased from there is a good way to lose customers

I have a tiny electric scooter I was taking with me to the the register but she told me I couldn’t bring it inside , there literally no place to park it outside on top of the 20 homeless people chilling on the sidewalk, definitely done going here

Shady place. Just stopped for gas and noticed an employee and another person around the pumps. One was just parked and hanging out? Within 35 min the credit card i used at the pump had 2 fraudulent charges. If things look fishy probably are. Happened today around 8:20.

This place is really hood. Got some gas here, went in to wash my hands and the bathrooms were closed, cashier said there wasn't even a place to wash my hands! Don't come here, give your money to a gas station that will respect you, one of its customers.
