This is the second time that I go there and there is a new cashier a lady with short red hair and the first time she's snatched the money out of my hand and threw the money back at me I figured she was having a bad day so I didn't comment or say nothing to her I went back today and I decided to stop in there on my way because I needed some DayQuil and I grabbed a bar of Snickers so I go up to the cash register to pay and the same lady snatch the items out of my hand and threw them down on the counter and was very very disrespectful this surprises me about this place because I've never had problems with anybody in the past the other cashiers of always been very helpful I don't know if this new cashier is a issue or New Management is the problem

Lady rolled her eyes at me, said she ain’t make no breakfast food because she wasn’t feeling good but yet she standing in the register and she’s going to be there all day long. Every time this lady works there’s no breakfast.

I would give them 1 star if It allowed me too. Do not get gas or associate with this company. I filled up with gas 01/03/19. Later to find out their gas was all water; How did i figure out this? Once I left and was driving around I noticed a slight change in how it was accelerating.. it did not want to give me the power I needed to actually move from being stopped. Then later that night my gas was literally vanishing from my tank, my car was chugging real bad and still was hesitating to keep going. We checked the codes that night and nothing serious seemed to pop up other than showing we had problems. The next morning my StabiliTrak sensor and traction sensors all were going off and I had codes popping up. I took it to my dealership them because the problems had gotten worse, they pulled a fuel sample from the tank and it was SEE THROUGH. WATER. How ridiculous, so I've put a claim in and they are "Investigating" But recommend me pay the $730 to fix it when their gas broke my car down. They claim they will reinburse me but when? in 2 weeks or 5 months? I understand it is a process but they have all the proof. I am not going to pay that, this company claims on their website "Serving customers is a top priority for Phillips 66, offering high quality fuel"... They are not helping but are trying to give me and multiple other customers the run around. Also "offering high quality fuel"?? Please tell me how water if high quality. This company sure has some problems to fix. Highly do not recommend because when their gas breaks your car, they do not care.

Employees are rude, and they usually don't have enough food at lunch time to supply everyone. The lines are also usually long bc of how slow the cashiers check you out. They are too busy watching tv on their phones apparently.

Non RACIST remarks but... The Indian guys who work MOST of the time are RUDE. Always on the phone and act like the customers are an inconvenience. Don't stop unless I HAVE too.

Recent remodeling and improvements to the store are nice. They are not enforcing the mask requirement (even with their employees), so if you care about that I'd stay away for a while.

Rude, try to rush you when the store is empty. "What can I get for you real quick?" Petty, only sell lottery for cash, and hide the display to show winning lottery totals then lie about the total. Ripped me off for $2.

Don’t stop here if your a trucker. They tell you it’s ok you can park here. Just don’t block the pumps,which I didn’t. Then after an hour or so they come out and tell you,”you have to leave there’s no parking here”. Will definitely take my business to a different place and fuel up. I was even gonna fill up both my tanks in the morning. But of coarse that will never happen because some worker who thinks he the manager came outside and said you have to leave the property. I explained to him the roads are very bad and I’m out of hours and feel very tired after I long days of work. Never coming here again. And truckers make sure you go somewhere else. It’s not worth it here.

Always in and out quickly. Their gas prices are already low but if you pay cash, you get it for 5 cents cheaper than it is priced on the sign. I just filled up at $1.64 by paying for cash but $1.69 isn't bad at all if you'd rather pay with a card!

Almost every time I have been to this gas station, pricing never matches what it says online .. so yes go there cz it’s convenient/ off the freeway but dont be surprised if price is higher than mentioned..!!!

Pump was slow, clerk blamed a clogged filter. No receipt paper, made me make a second trip to get my car wash code. In the car wash it sprayed my truck with soap and shut down. Third trip to the clerk, refused to refund my car wash, said a manager would contact me. I had to rinse the soap off by hand, (spent another $2). It’s been 5 days. No one contacted me. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money here.

You guys entered Horizon Trails Apartments on 6/10/25 and put one of these on every car. Mine was inside my door handle. I'm not okay with this! That's a bad way to advertise your company. There are dozens of these strewn about my apartment complex, so ultimately you guys came here to touch people's property and litter. What a joke!
