Our car was involved in a bad accident and we had our car taken here. Very professional and very kind to us. Chandler did everything he could to get all the parts as soon as he could so that we wouldn't be without our car for any longer. Whenever an issue came up with parts he would be honest with us each time and we could tell he cares for his customers and we really appreciated it! The car feels good as new again! They even got my wife some Easter flowers when we picked up the car, she was so happy!

When I tell you there is no place I will ever take my car to get fixed again unless it's here I mean it. They were great from start to finish. The people at the front desk were nice, anytime I called to check on my car the automotive guys were wonderful. My car got backed into and I was told it would take two and a half weeks to get my car and I actually got it back in a little over a week and a half. Then to top it off when I picked up my car I received a bouquet of flowers which really made my day so much better. Great job guys!!

Excellent service from start to finish! I had an unfortunate break when a basketball goal fell onto my car, breaking my windshield, denting the frame around the windshield and giving a very unwanted red/orange racing stripe down my hood. Piedmont Collision helped me get scheduled with my insurance estimator and started work on my vehicle within days. They provided a timeline, updated me on the status throughout the process and returned my vehicle a day ahead of schedule. All of that and a bouquet of flowers! A damaged vehicle is a stressful situation. The professionals at Piedmont Collision were so helpful and courteous during the process, I felt I was completely cared for and had a burden lifted and supported by a professional team. I am very satisfied with my experience with Piedmont Collision Center. They were easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. They handled everything with my insurance (State Farm). The entire passenger side of my car needed repair. But it took only a little over a week for the repairs to be done, even though parts were harder to come by since my car is older. And, most importantly, their work was excellent. Jessica was my point person at Piedmont. When I picked up my car, she said I had my car back. She was right! It looked like nothing had happened to the car. I’m sorry my car needed repair, but I’m glad I found these folks to do it. Thanks Jessica, Tammy and all the folks at Piedmont Collision.

So things have changed since my last accident and Covid. They were able to tell me how to do things, rather than wait on my insurance. Thank God for that, because the person that hit me never reported it to their insurance company! So I was able to get my vehicle fixed sooner, rather than later. I had a FANTASTIC experience this morning at Piedmont Collision! My driver-side door was hit this weekend, leaving me with a pinched window that would not go up all the way! i was greeted right away and in less than 30 minutes Dylan was able to troubleshoot and not only get the window closed but back in functionable working condition! Piedmont took great care of me along with State Farm for getting my car fixed ASAP after my accident. The whole rear windshield was shattered and pretty much whole back end needed replaced. Great communication from the office about a slight delay with a wrong bumper that was ordered, but for a 2 day delay for my car to be so clean and looking great when I got it back, it was nothing to wait! Great people, excellent communication and people skills, very pleasant and down to earth! HIGHLY recommend! They even gave me flowers when I picked up my car. When I turned car on the radio was off so I turned to my favorite channel and “I’m so Blessed” was playing on the radio. So thankful for such great and timely service!

This is the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. Dylan was kind enough to use a solution to wipe away the scratches and mixed some touchup paint to fill in the minor scratches for FREE! He also gave me the paint mixture to take with me just in case. If I ever have to spend money somewhere, it’ll be here. Absolutely. No hesitation. So sweet they made my day!
