Highly recommend. I priced shopped and found Pike's Automotive was the best and they honored Veteran's as well. More importantly, my truck service was completed in the window stated, and the owner, Mike communicated clearly and was kind. But... for me, it's the little things that go a long way that ices my loyalty. They didn't have to wash my dirty truck or remove/fix the nail in my front left tire - at no cost, but they did. Though I live locally from the shop and had a second car, they offered a vehicle to use if needed. That's the service I look for and they got mine now. Poor. I left with multiple lights on and then got stuck in the middle of an intersection because they didn’t put together the air intake, knowing I was taking care of my boyfriend who got his wisdom teeth out, who had to push the car out of the middle of the intersection with blood dripping out of his mouth. Not impressed with the lack of care.

Friendly and helpful staff! I was dropping off my husband's car for a diagnostic, which I literally never drive, so I was trying to pass along information I couldn’t fully remember and didn’t know firsthand. The staff always showed patience and was never condescending. They explained things in a way I could understand and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing much about cars (which, let’s be honest, I absolutely don’t). Took my vehicle in a few months ago for a repair of the coolant system. Recently ran into an issue where coolant was leaking from the engine. Took the vehicle back and asked them to investigate. They found that the installed part from the original repair was faulty. They replaced the faulty part at no cost to me, and got my vehicle back up and running with a really quick turnaround. I'll definitely be returning for future business.

They are always professional and friendly. Good prices. Beat of all, while I was there three older gentlemen came in and asked the staff to check their tire pressure. The staff did it immediately and didn’t charge them. They showed the men respect and interest. Old world values win everytime.

Pike Auto is the place to go when you need something done. I have had them service multiple work vans and have done thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements with them. Each time, they have provided excellent service, honest diagnostics, and very fair pricing. In the auto industry, you hear all too often about mechanics taking advantage of people, but Pike does not take advantage of anyone. They have been very upfront about costs, needed work, and have taken the time to advise me of what options are available when looking at repairs/replacements. They are not the cheapest on the block, but you get what you pay for, and they are worth every penny they charge for what they do. They are extremely quick, and will take very good care of your vehicles. I have been very pleased with all of the work that I have had done, from minor brake replacements, to full transmission replacements, and from electrical issues, to tire rotations. My company and myself will continue to use Pike for all our vehicle needs.

Pike automotive is a great place! They got my truck in the next day, they replaced the 02 sensors, and did an intake cleaning. Truck is running much better now. They had a loaner car ready for me. Clean and friendly shop, with good communication. The owner is an all around great guy and you can tell takes a lot of pride in his shop and how it’s ran. Will support this business time and time again the future!
