I brought my car in for AC service recharge and asked for an estimate call before the repair. I was initially told $170 before I dropped it off. The repair was done and I was NEVER called with a price. The owner was going to charge me $350 but when I asked why he never called with an estimate he knocked the price down to $200. I went to pick the car up and after I paid he told me my future business was not wanted and take my car somewhere else. I live on the island and after telling people my story I’ve been told this garage is very shady and has unscrupulous business practices. Stay Away!

Bob and the team are extremely honest. I had a light come on, indicating that I needed new brakes. In the afternoon when the guys got around to it, they gave me a call to let me know that my brakes are still in excellent condition and let me know the percentage of life remaining on them. Honesty is a rarity these days and I will be getting all of my future work done at this shop. Thanks again Bob!

I stopped into Pine Island Auto around 4:00 PM to make an appointment for an oil change, assuming they were closing soon. Instead, they said they could take me right away. Halfway through, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and phone and couldn’t pay. Without hesitation, the owner said, “No problem, brother — I’ll send you a link and you can pay when you get home.” It was one of the fastest oil changes I’ve ever had, and the service was excellent. The trust and professionalism meant a lot. A real breath of fresh air. Highly recommend Pine Island Auto.
