Best detailer in Central Illinois! Just before a planned road trip I took cat to vet's. Unfortunately, she peed in the carrier, which leaked to the seat. I couldn't get the smell out and was horrified to think I would have to put up with urine smell for a 1.8k trip. Pioneer Auto Sales & Detailing was able to get my car in right away. At the end of my work day I came to get it and the smell was entirely gone -- and stayed gone. They used some sort of ozone treatment. The car looked brand new inside. All total, the bill was $105. Totally worth it, and by far, less cost than other detailers. The staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business and will have my car done there again. THANKS GUYS for saving my vacation!!!

The outside of my vehicle looked good & the front of the interior. There was mud on the back floor mat that is still there. Also, in the back seat there is lint that was there when I dropped it off. I'm not sure any of the seats were cleaned, I just can't tell. In the past, when I've had cars detailed, the interior smelled fresh, this time no detectable smell. I did tell them not to use a fruity cleaner, so maybe that's the problem. Some of the fruity cleaners are just too overpowering. UPDATE: the response below is totally false. I made my post 2 years ago - why are they waiting until now to respond? I dropped the car off and picked it up alone - my husband never accompanied me. I don't speak anything other than English. I did not give them a hard time at all so he must have me confused with someone else.

Extremely pleased with their Auto detailing service. I took my 2012 Camry to get cleaned, mainly dust on the dash and post-workout sweat build-up on the seats. The guys there did a fantastic job getting into every nook and cranny, as well as cleaning the upholstery. Setting up an appointment was hassle-free. Took from 9am - 3pm. Highly recommend!

My car was stolen last summer and while it was stolen, the person tinted all of the windows (windshield and rear window). I called around and Pioneer Auto quoted me the best price. They did the work, I got my car back last fall and I thought everything was perfect. Unfortunately, what I did not know, is that they used razor blades (found the box of them leftover in my car) on the rear window and COMPLETELY ruined the electric defrost lines. They scrapped all of the protective coating on the wires off. As soon as I discovered this (car was in the garage a lot, so the first time I parked it outside overnight and it snowed) I contacted Pioneer. They lied and said they never use razor blades for that kind of work (though I found the box in my car and the guy who did it describe how he used razor blades to do the work). After I mentioned this, the owner said that he would try to make it right. I called around, got quotes for a repair (400-800 dollars) and sent it over, Pioneer has never contacted me back. I will not work with this business ever again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Marty is priced very reasonably, and the work is impeccable! My husband had a really bad tint job on his rear windshield which had been on his window for years since purchasing the car. I asked Marty if they could remove it. They told us the risk of messing up the defrost lines, and we chose to continue simply because getting rid of the bubbled up tint was worth the risk! It did compromise the defrost, but Lester was able to meticulously remove every bit of tint from the window by moving back from using a heat gun to pulling pieces of tint off. He ended up charging us a great price for all of that work, and we also happened to be in the right place at the right time and walked out having also purchased our dream fridge, brand new, for a fraction of the cost in stores!! Marty even went above and beyond, and gave me a ride home while the car was being detailed. We are 110% satisfied with both Marty and Lester, and will always reccomend Pioneer Detail.

Our minivan needed a good cleaning after we vacationed to the beach with 2 young kids. These guys were friendly and easy to work with! I am pretty picky when it comes to cleaning standards and I have no complaints. It looks great and no strong cleaner smell. We will definitely be using them again!
