Excellent service, the manager and staff were exceptional in meeting all my needs. They handled my insurance claim like true professionals and I did not even have to think about it. They thought it would be over a month before they were able to complete the job because of parts ordering and they did it in half the time which was nice because they had already told me it could take a certain amount of time so they didn't have to finish it sooner but they did. This was my second time taking my camper here for work, the first was for general maintenance and this time to have the damage fixed from someone hitting my camper in storage. I am an 18 year old who has lost months worth of income due to the behavior of this company. I placed a $1200 deposit to take a motor home off the market under the condition that if the dealership is unable to secure financing for me, my deposit will be returned. The next day, I returned and was assured that the financing had succeeded; on that note, I provided an additional $3575 and anticipated receiving the motor home the next day. Apparently Gigi, the owner, and Ivan, the sales manager, had a conflict with Chuck (allegedly involving my deal), which led to him quitting hours after I handed him the money. I came back that night to sign insurance papers, at which point it was announced to me, contrary to what was stated prior, that a misunderstanding had taken place and no financing was secured. In the weeks since then, their behavior has been disgusting and shockingly unprofessional. Gigi has dodged meeting me face to face for months; when I finally got a hold of her, she tried to accuse me of innumerable faults which somehow justified her holding on to my money. Employees are considering quitting due to their actions. To scam an 18 year old as an established business is perhaps one of the most egregious deeds a company can commit and, until my attorneys sort out this mess, I am left to warn the public that if they treat me this way, you too will only lose while dealing with this business.

I am intentionally writing this review because after I had provided a deposit and a credit application and was all in the purchase of my RV. When I initially looked at a 2022 CHEROKEE Forest River I found defective power awning arms. I asked them to fix them before pick up and I ended up being approved, picking the trailer and the arms were not fixed yet. I spoke with them about it and not in the written contract; I took their word for it. I was pressed for time having to leave the lot I was in and rented the other 4hrs away. I was told they will be replacing both at their cost and if I leave before their arrival, they wood send the arms and hire, at their cost a technician to replace them. I decided to look at reviews. Then I got scared and anxious because those arms are expensive and time was ticking. I checked my tag transfer registration, title lean, and the service contract and tire insurance I purchased. At that time nothing had been done according to the places I researched, so I called them and spoke with Christine Hurst who I was not to polite to but reassured me they are submitting everything but it just takes a couple of weeks. My attorney told me they were right and just to be patient. Well both Christine and the attorney were correct. The arms arrived and were replace the following week at my location at no cost to me, The title lean was release and now in my name and the following week I received my new tag decal for an additional year to expire. I feel bad about my tone when I first spoke to her but the old reviews were alarming. I have to say I experienced the total opposite. I do not know what their situation was in the past but what ever problems they had before, if they did, remember there are always two sides of the story, were resolved. I found the prices to be fair, my trade in was fairly evaluated and priced, did not find any tricks or charges like in car dealers in the contract (All straight forward) and their service impeccable. I also had a great experience with Ivan Smith. He is very informative and knowledgeable about these trailers and will go the extra mile to get you approved. We went through hell with the continuous request for paperwork but he stuck it till the end. I also left my truck with him to get a distribution hitch installed. I had a hitch on with no key. My hitch was tricky because it has a mechanism that will self-locked itself if tamper with, which I learned from Ivan. Ivan himself and a Tech worked on removing my hitch an entire day. I know this because I was in the area and every time I came to see how they were doing, Ivan was sweating over it, on the phone with dealers and manufacture. When I got my contract I noticed I was not charged even a penny! for labor. They are all very honest, caring and helping people. They sure want your experience to be one of a kind. My advice to you is to be patient. Stay on top of things but understand you need to give them at least 2 weeks (working week days) before you inquire about your service contracts, registration, etc. They file them probably the next day, but once it’s received at the other end it takes 7-10 days to be processed just like anything else. If I buy another RV or want to trade this one ever I will definitely return to Planet RV! And I will definitely recommend that if you are shopping for an RV, Travel trailers, etc. to visit Planet RV on Griffin Rd in Dania Beach first.

So, it looks like I'm in the same boat with these other people. I left my RV with them to be sold, and now they won't take my calls. They've either stolen it, sold it, or lost it. GiGi hasn't returned my call in a month. I guess it's time for the lawyers to call.

Great hot and cold foods. Also everything else you need from a Supermarket. I don't recall seeing a pharmacy. Good variety of meat and seafood. Plenty of parking. It's in the old Penn Dutch building. You ought to try it.

Bought RV 5/22 was on consignment from some other poor soul. Never received TITLE. ( didn’t travel in RV so after repeated attempts stopped trying Trying now to sell it and see they never paid the lien off. No title can’t sell. Repeated attempts to contact “GIGI” go unanswered. Filing grievances with FLHSMV and attorney. I see she was arrested for not paying sales tax bill and they are in Chapter 11. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BUSINESS unless u enjoy being swindled.

We rented the 31' Jayco Redhawk RV for a weekend trip to watch college football. The RV was in great like-new condition, drove really well, and provided for a really fun weekend. We were happy with the check-out / check-in experience, and friendly staff. We will certainly rent from Plant RV again.

Beware stay away from this place and Gigi Steller at all cost. She sold my rv without me signing anything then filed bankruptcy the same day. Look at past reviews and you can see for yourself she has done this her whole career. They claim they want to help hurricane victims but it’s easy to prey on the victims that have lost everything and down on there luck. If you ever think about doing business with this company please read past reviews and don’t be a victim like the rest of us.

Stay away! These people are poison! We left our RV with them on consignment in May and when we went to check on it the entire lot was empty and the offices closed! No notice and we had been talking to them 2 days prior. We tracked them down to a new location, outside of a bar, in Pompano Beach. A bar parking lot with a bunch of RVs and no signage. Turns out they filed for bankruptcy and lost their license for tax evasion! We picked up our RV to perform maintenance and found out our license plates and registration paper were gone. We reported them stolen to the county Sheriff’s office and are now trying to have the vehicle re-registered. We asked to be compensated for the expense and now they refuse to talk to us. Be very care around them and make sure to read the reviews.

Had accident with my Rv and brought to Planet RV for body work. Had all compartment doors needed to be replaced. Gigi after 2 weeks said the manufacturer sent the wrong doors so she had her body man do them. Not the best but we were waiting so long we excepted them. Of course it was bullshit about the company sending the wrong doors. Still waiting for a fender that she said company was sending in a couple of days. Haven’t heard from them in months. Definitely a scam job and Not trustworthy. Works with insurance companies but doesn’t do what they get paid for. Wish I had read the reviews before I used them. Don’t walk away—run as fast as you can. This was in December of 2024.

I purchased a Jayco 324BDS in the end of July from Planet RV. (Ivan was my salesperson, wonderful person, and Gigi was involved as well) This was a spur of the moment purchase as I was remodeling our house and the dust proved too much for us with our 11 month old twins. I knew NOTHING about travel trailers other than I always wanted one. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. While I was purchasing the trailer I told Ivan the sale was contingent that it had the upgraded 15K BTU AC. Ivan and GIGI both assured me it was 15K after GIGI went and called the factory right in front of me to confirm. However a few weeks later I was noticing the a/c was having a tough time keeping up mid day. I emailed Jayco then realized I could call so I did that too. when i called they too told me I had a 15k. I figured it is what it is. But then they sent me an email a couple days later saying it was a 13.5! I looked up how to check the model number on the unit itself and confirmed it was infact a 13.5. It was too late in the day to call Planet RV but I spent the evening looking up reviews for them and was obviously terrified with all the negativity I was seeing. I got to the point where i started looking on amazon for a new 15k unit because there was no way gigi was going to honor this judging by all the reviews. I called Ivan friday morning, I told him what had happened and he apologized and got right to it to figure out what happened. Within an hour Gigi's assistant called me (Sandy) told me Gigi is arguing with the factory because the work order said it was a 15k, but that she ordered me a new unit either way and it will be in on monday and i could bring the trailer in and they would install in 2 to 2-1/2 hours. I was skeptical, I figured maybe they were going to get me a refurbished unit or one off another rv. I wasnt able to make it till today (thursday) to get the ac swapped out. I was there at 7am, and hour before opening. The service rep was there though and he let me in, knew exactly who I was and expecting me, and told me it would be about an hour to get done. I was still skeptical, I told him i was going to wait around until they started working (I just wanted to see if they actually were going to change it etc) when he went inside the office i noticed the new a/c sitting on the shop floor, in the box, just opened up. BRAND NEW, not refurb or anything, straight from manufacturer. I was ecstatic. sure enough, in a hour he had it done. Gigi was walking in right as I was walking out and repeatedly apologized to me for the inconvenience. I told her my concerns with her reviews and how absolutely wrong they were about her company. I gotta tell you, after this experience I WILL be visiting Planet RV again for future and will be recommending them. I can not fathom how any of the negative reviews on here can be true.

Planet RV was our hero yesterday. We had an emergency power failure (Aug in s. Florida during a heat wave) and they were the only service center this half of the state that took us in immediately. Not only that - the tech got it right and got it back up and running for us within hours. Without an appointment mind you. Every person there was helpful and kind in our hour of need. We will forever be grateful and now have a place to go when we need service in the future. I do not understand the other negative reviews on here. This place is fantastic!!

Gigi, Ivan & Christina are all charlatans. I left my trailer for consignment, it 'got sold' but I never saw a dime. I am still paying my loan and insurance on a trailer I no longer have! (I have the title in my possession) DO NOT do business with these people. They make false promises and even asked me to take down my comments with the promise of paying me what they owe... 6 months ago! They are scamming innocent clients like me and many others, and will never answer calls or emails. What a disgrace to the RV community
