I had called Tuesday of the week that I had a Friday scheduled appointment and gave a message to the answering service to please cancel my Friday appointment. Unfortunately. the service did not cancel the appointment and sadly (for him) the technician showed up Friday, having driven very far. He was awesome and kind and did not blame me. I just wanted to give feedback that the answering service did not successfully cancel the appointment. Thank you.

It was such a relief to find Poolsafe. I was surprised how difficult it was to get a pool cover company to return my calls. They all seemed too busy to help me. I tried 4 different pool cover companies before I found Poolsafe. I was pleased to find Poolsafe so responsive. They came out to the house within days of my call, and immediately ordered the new pool cover. The new pool cover arrived in a few weeks and was installed in about 2 hours. The entire process from start to finish was so much faster than I expected. The two installers who worked on the project were very professional and left the area cleaner than when they started. The technician never showed up for my appointment. When I scheduled the appointment with Poolsafe the respresentative said that the technician could arrive at any time during the day and that they would not give me a window of time. I called Thursday, the day before the scheduled appointment, to see if I could narrow down the time. The customer service person who answered the phone told me that I would need to call back in the morning once the technician put his schedule together. She said that I could call as early as 7:30 A.M. because they would know by then. So, Friday morning I called at 7:40 and I received a recording that the office was closed. I called back at 8:40 to see if I could get a window of time. The answering service answered, and they did not know anything. They said they would have someone call me. No one called me. I called back about 20 minutes later and was able to reach someone at Poolsafe. She said to hold on and she called the technician. She came back on the phone and told me that he would be at my house between noon and 2:00. No one showed up between noon and 2:00! I waited until 4:20, and then called Pool Safe again to see if the technician was on his way. The answering service answered the phone because the office was closed, and she said she would have a manager call me on Monday morning. By 5:00 Friday, no one has shown up at my house to service my pool cover! On Monday, May 15, I called Poolsafe mid-morning because no one called me. The customer service person said she would have the manager call me back. Keith called me back at approximately 4:30 P.M. This was the worst service I have ever had. I waited all afternoon on Friday, and no one showed up! I didn’t even receive a phone call letting me know what was going on.

The pool cover was installed while we were on a trip which is fine. 2 items that were discussed with the sales person were not done during the install. 1. We want a metal edge trim for the cover instead of wrap around. The installed edge was a wrap around, Talked to the sales person and it seemed to be not fixable after the install. We will accept the wrap around edge. 2. The pool has sheer descents. During the site visit for the proposal, this was discussed and sensor was supposed to be put in so the cover will open if the sheer descents are turned on or the sheer descents cannot be turned on if the cover is closed. Either way should be fine. Still waiting for this item to be addressed. The pool cover operated well and is able to keep the leaves and stuff out of the pool.
