Porsche West Broward is way better than Champion Porsche - it’s not even a comparison. While my trip to West Broward was not ideal for my car, because I ended up having to sell my Porsche after finding out it required a $15k repair to fix an internal coolant leak.. But Mark was really great to work with - he helped me out by shaving off some costs on my 40k checkup, and got the intervals reset on my car so I could sell it to carmax without a hitch. Ultimately saving me 15k in repairs and I was able to trade in my 2021 Porsche Cayenne with 42K miles, basically straight up for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 18K miles… so while it wasn’t ideal, overall it was a really great experience and I’m much happier with my Wrangler!

I have had my car into Porsche of West Broward twice this year with my service advisor Rodrigo Venegas and I have always had excellent service from this facility. Everyone that I have dealt with is very professional and pleasant. I waited for my car on both occasions and this dealer has a very pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area where you can watch tv and get work done as well as have some snacks and coffee. And I really like that you can look down into the service department from upstairs, very interesting to watch.
