I'm not sure there's much to say. They're straight up, no nonsense and the price they give you is the price you pay rolling down the road, plus sales. It's as easy as buying a gallon of milk. The same thing with any service work, if it's something they can do they will do it and tell you what it's going to cost, and if it's something they don't do, they're going to tell you right up front. It's business the way business should be!!

I heard a thump and a clunk as I was driving on 35E North and wondered if something fell out from under my car. Took a look and had a flat tire, then drove to this place which was nearby, and had a great experience! They took a look, asked if I wanted a new tire, I said if it's the sidewall, but what do you think about the treads. The gentleman said the treads look good. So they did the repair and fixed it for $17.50 and it was done in 15 minutes or so. I asked if I could leave a tip and they said not with my credit card. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash on hand. Anyway, I appreciate it, and will plan to keep y'all in mind in the case I need to have my tires changed or some other auto work. This review, is one of the ways I am saying thank you. I've been here twice and each time I've been blown away by the price and speed of service. Today I came in for a tire patch. I had 2 other shops try to sell me 4 tires since the screw that was in my rear driver tire was "too close to the sidewall." I got quotes for around 600 at each place. I brought my car in today and the tech said "no problem." 10 minutes and $15 later and I was driving away. The other two places had me there for at least 45 minutes to give me a quote. I'm not trying to put down the other two places. I've been to both before for other things and received excellent service, but I really want to give a shout out to this helpful local business. Thanks a million. Or thanks 600 at least. :)

Awesome! Called to make an appointment, they said it wasn’t necessary and even recommended the best times to come. They found the tiny nail in my tire, fixed it, and I was on my way in less than half an hour. Price was beyond reasonable, the service was friendly, and I left with a smile on my face. Came down to Lake Dallas buy a camper and discovered it needed all new tires. Called Porter’s and they had a huge stock of exactly what we needed. Came in and they put on 6 new tires and a spare within about an hour and greased the axel bearings as well. Great service and we were happy to find them on short notice before our 4 hour drive home!

A friend recommended this place when I asked for referrals to get my brake pads replaced and rotors were causing noises. They were so awesome!!!! They were so friendly, gave me a good price for the work, did not try to sell me anything else AND went above and beyond to answer other issue questions I had. I felt like I was receiving service from a family friend that truly cares and just wants to make sure my car is fixed properly. My yard guy alerted me that I had a flat tire yesterday. I had enough air to get me around the corner to Porters. I was expecting to pay $120 for the tire and labor. If I could I would give these guys 100 stars. They did an alignment on a 2003 Lincoln Town Car for us. They were fantastic from the first call. They were able to get us in quickly and their work was superb. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It's always great to support the local businesses. They fixed why I needed but then they didn’t fixed the bolts on the car and let me drive with loose bolts, once I saw and heard that, I went back to the shop and they told me NO to tighten the bolts and said it’s not their problem.

Charged me $300 for a dang USED TIRE! Ridiculous! “Tire only $175” and then another $100 to put it on! These guys are a SCAM. Ripping me off cause I had a hole in my tire and was stuck. Absolute RIP OFF

They just fixed up my old 2014 Nissan Versa and its running better than it has in years. Family owned, services are priced fairly, and the work is trustworthy. I went to another garage not long ago. They gave me a list of problems with my car. Porters did a full diagnostic and found nothing wrong but spark plugs and resistors needing a change. Thank you guys for always being honest.
