Call him at 9:30Am he told me he would get to me after his two appointments and said call me in about two hours. I call home at 2:15 well beyond 2 hours he was still working on his second appointment no problem. He texted me at 5pm he’s on the way. He came to my hotel I left my keys with the front desk he went got the keys went to my car then took the keys back to the front desk told the clerk he wouldn’t look at it and left didn’t try to reach me or nothing so now it’s 6pm all the other mechanic are closed and I’m just stuck out cause I waited for him all day.

I needed help with a stripped allen bolt in a very tight spot. Juan was able to come out and help me get it out he also helped me replace a o-ring on a pipe that was leaking coolant and bled the coolant system. Very knowledgeable, courteous, attention to detail.
