These guys are fantastic. They beat AAA’s time by over 6 hours. Extremely professional, quick, and friendly. They seem to have the best towing technology as well—I was so impressed by the truck lift. It really does the process along. I would strongly recommend their services and will be going back for sure.

They charged me $2,600 for a 160 mile trip and the driver still stoped to take a dot exam that had my driver waiting outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes. No towing company charges $2,600 for 160 mile trip . They lied they said it was $285 an hour but they charged extra hours. I usually pay with all other towing companies $1,400 for a 160 mile trip. I have gotten towed from minesota to Chicago for $2,400 which is double the distance , this time it was by Madison Wisconsin to Chicago only a 3 hour drive. Super expensive

My Mustang’s coolant reservoir failed on the highway and overheated, was quoted 30-45 minutes but the driver showed up in around 15!! He was so friendly and nice to talk to and took fantastic care of my car, even offered to unload it into my garage for me. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name because I was all over the place but he was so fantastic and kind and I would definitely recommend.

Adam from prairie land towing deserves the Good Samaritan award. Driving down the interstate with my 4 daughters our roof rack snapped in half and our water sport boards jack knifed (and luckily did not fly off). I pulled over to call my husband who was a bit ahead of us. Then prairie land towing pulled up and Adam helped us figure things out. He got the boards off, kept us all safe, and once my husband was there worked to get everything moved so we could depart. We would have been stuck without him. He gave me his card and didn’t want anything in return. He said he just wanted to be sure we were safe. He went above and beyond!! I am forever grateful for his help!!

Totally. Disrespectful to disabled. Folks. Thats a law violation They Don’t now how to tow. All wheel drive vehicles. May need new transmission Because of them. Would never use there services. They clearly can’t read. Parking permits And they over charge for stupidity.

Got my car stuck in a ditch earlier today and called Prairieland Towing, tow truck came within 30 minutes after the phone call and it only took about 10ish minutes to get my car out of the ditch. I am really happy with the tow truck driver Adam who really helped me out when I was in a pinch no damage happened to the car definitely recommend their services

If you get to choose who tows your vehicle DON’T CHOOSE Prairie Land Towing. My daughter was in a car accident on Sunday 8/14/22. So my husband went to Prairie Land the next day, 8/15/22, to get it out, the bill was $1696.62 (Proof in the pictures)!
There is so much wrong with this bill. But the biggest is the amount is outrageous! We knew there would be a bill but not this large.

Got a flat tire in South Beloit, IL on a Friday night and called for roadside assistance. Adam came to the rescue in no time with his truck, and it was clear right away he’s a pro — nearly 30 years in the business! He got us safely back to town, and we had such a great time chatting along the way. After dropping off the vehicle, he even offered us a free ride home. Seriously the best towing company I could have used. My cars catalytic converter was stolen and I needed my car to get towed to go have it fixed. Adam showed up and as soon as I started talking to him, not only did he help with telling me my insurance was sending it to the wrong place but he also helped tell me where my car needed to go. He was with me for about an hour and was so patient on waiting for my insurance to approve my tow. And then when it seemed like they weren't going to he was still helpful and said that we will get your car to where it needs to go. I was super stressed out during this whole thing and Adam's sense of humor just made me be able to relax a little bit. Adam even took a picture of me for my parents for memories. As well as a picture underneath my car of my missing cat. I seriously wouldn't have wanted any other tow from another company. It was probably the best portion of this whole car mishap. Thanks again Adam for all your help and I appreciate you looking out for me!

Called because of a flat tire, and asked specifically if they would be swapping my tire off the rim for a new one due to my spare tire and tools not working for me, dispatch told me yes and sent a guy out. Guy gets here and tells me they don’t do rim swaps, takes a look and tries a few things and doesn’t get anywhere. Basically tells me I’m SOL, which I already Knew that’s why I called for the repair. Since they couldn’t do anything to swap my tire I asked if they even had any patches or could air it up, told me they couldn’t do patches I understood that for liability, but then I asked to air it up and the driver didn’t even have a hose or chuck for his compressor so I paid for services and didn’t receive anything but a waste of time I could have used to go home and get the tools I needed. So yeah I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, but the driver was nice and tried all he could the company and dispatch really ruined my day though.
