I’m not one to leave reviews and pardon my lack of professionalism, but Bill pisses excellence. He is a honest mechanic and more importantly someone with high moral integrity. He once finished my vehicle earlier than expected and drove to pick me up knowing I was walking back home…. Didn’t even really know the guy. Recently he just saved me $750 dollars. I took my vehicle to Monroe and Monroe gave me a quote that did not sound reasonable. I took my truck to Bill and not only did Bill save me money, but he went the extra mile and did some other things that Monroe never quoted me for. I’m telling you, pure excellence… He is always professional. Comes off as reserved and calculated. He doesn’t try to buddy-buddy you because I think he knows his results speak for themself. In this area there is no better mechanic than Bill. Just a freaking good dude in general and something that becomes more rarer and rarer by the day. You can tell I am not the only one who thinks the same. He is constantly busy because other people know too. This guy has my loyalty as a customer. Can’t ask for a better mechanic. Absolutely loved visiting this location. I will officially by coming here regularly for any car decisions that need to be made. As a woman I know a lot of mechanics take advantage of our so called “limited” knowledge when it comes to vehicles but not this location. They honestly tell you what is wrong with your car, how much it will cost you, and if you need anything else done at the time. I appreciate them to no end and am telling all my friends about this place as well I hope they get an abundance of service….well not too much since I want to keep being able to visit and get fast efficient service lol. Keep up the great work guys (and/or gals)!

Driving back from a family vacation with 7 children, a pregnant woman and three other adults, we got turned around and ran over something that busted our tire a few businesses over. We were 2-3 businesses down from Precision Auto. Google said they were closed on Saturdays but an employee drove over to us to ask if we needed tools or help. He happened to be there working on something. We got the flat tire off and drove it over in another car to the shop. They sold us a used tire and mounted and balanced it—and let us all use the bathroom. They charged a very good price. I’ll always remember this Good Samaritan experience at Precision Auto.
