The thing I like most is that the work was done at my house so that I could make much better use of my valuable time instead of waiting in a waiting room at a different installer. A close second favorite was the waiving of most of my deductible. My windshield camera was even reapplied perfectly. No mess was left behind either.

My car was stolen, and the thieves damaged the car and broke all the windows. Precision got all 5 windows in, in 1 week. They worked with us on scheduling, offered to jump a dead battery and replaced all the windows for the quote they gave us. When we picked the car up, they had removed dents from the car, fixed a bumper, and vacuumed all the broken glass from the car at no extra charge and without us ever asking them to do it. I would recommend them to anyone and they will always have my business!

I was pretty upset when a rock cracked my windshield. I've been pretty weary about windshield replacements due to a lot of low quality glass out there. Precision Auto Glass made it painless and easy. They came to my house on a Saturday, replaced my windshield and recalibrated my collision avoidance system for a great price! They offered a substantially better deal than Safelite and other big name companies. The glass they used for my windshield is of MUCH better quality than with other companies I have used in the past. No waviness or defects. It might actually be better than the factory windshield. Lori & Tim are both great. I will be telling EVERYONE that needs a new windshield about them. Not all windshield glass is the same and not all companies go above and beyond like Precision Auto Glass does. If you are in the market for a new windshield, call them. You won't regret it.

I would definitely recommend and would only go with them for any future glass needs. Lori was very polite and helpful over the phone, answered any question I had right away. Tim showed up right on time and did an amazing job installing the new glass and cleaning up the broken glass that was in my car.

They beat another popular windshield repair company by more than 25% . After installer not making the 11a-1p repair window at my residence for the initial appt, they rescheduled me for the next week. Installer Tim, showed up on time and did a quick and professional job. Quick response by company and overall very professional. Would of giving 5stars if I would of atleast got a phone call when not showing up for the initial appoint within the scheduled window as I do understand things happen. Thanks for the service and I will use again.

Tim and Lori are great. They answered all my questions when I was initially looking for someone to replace my cracked windshield. They are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I felt confident in using Precision Auto Glass for my repair needs. What made me confident in giving a 5 star review was how they went over and beyond. After getting my windshield replaced, I was hearing a high pitched wind noise when going over 55 mph. I thought the windshield would just need to settle and didn't think much of it for the first several days. When it didn't go away, I reached back out to Tim and Lori. Tim came back out right away to my work and fixed the issue. They stand by their work and will work to make things right. Good customer service is always up and down to find, but I know I found a business that believes in it and happy that I chose them. Thanks Tim and Lori!

Even though all of the information and quotes needed are on their website, I like the more personal touch! So when I called to get an appointment, Lori was not only professional but very personable and sweet!
