Read and heard good reviews about this place spoke to Jesse and Jeffrey several times about my vehicle. I was getting a bad cold on my high pressure pump and I was getting towed to the shop there decide to mess with my gauge that I told him I wasn’t really worried about. I could get that face myself. I’m worried about the pressure Pump Was it charged me to $260 or something? I told him I could do myself. and the weirdest thing is that it said they couldn’t drive the vehicle because some bad tire. I never heard anything about that. I know quite a bit Mechanic my opinion did not recommend them. Just one is easy money for easy fix that myself and they never do nothing to the engine, the purpose of my vehicle being there I’ll give them the one star cause I feel like I got about them. Jesse said that when I learn employees drive the vehicle cause I bet Tire but she recommend that Me, my children that’ll be fine for us to drive the vehicle like that

Words cant describe how amazing these people are. They were able to work with me on installing the parts i purchased for a very fair price. One of the parts didn't fit and i had to re order them to bring them back to them and they were very understanding and will set up another installation at a later time. GREAT PEOPLE. Great for the community! Very honest business as well. I will take my business and refer all my friends and family to them as well for the foreseeable future. Thank you Precision!

Me and my family have been dealing with Jeff and the team there for years great quality work at good prices. An honest mechanic is hard to find these days- you can also save money by buying your own parts and just paying for labor - TRY TO FIND THAT NOW OF DAYS IN A MECHANIC- SPREAD KINDNESS OKLAHOMA and once again Jeff and his team do it part 2 took my vehicle up there thinking major problem / could have got milked but turned out it was small - DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE/ HONESTY PAYS !!!!

I have brought my car to precision twice. This last time, my car died as they were closing. They stayed on the phone with me and helped me get my car started so I did not have to have it towed to the shop. The repairs were done well and quickly/efficiently and the communication was excellent. The owner even stayed for me to pick up my vehicle and was incredibly kind. This business is a peaceful and honest place. I definitely recommend.

I love this place. They make it easy to get your car serviced. I drop my car off the evening before my oil change appointment. First thing the next morning all the oil changes are done. If you’re looking for honest and trustworthy mechanic you need to look no further. We’re a new family to Broken Arrow and looking for a mechanic was one of my biggest concerns. After a few different places we ended up here and he has already proven himself an excellent mechanic and man. We had an extensive multi-point oil leak and he had mistakenly looked over a part of it, owned it and got it fixed up right. That tells you all you need to know about his integrity when somebody else would’ve claimed a whole new issue to charge an arm and a leg over. Life long customers now.

I brought my truck in here to be diagnosed cuz I had a serious misfiring issue and a lifter click. They said it would be $150 to diagnose it. They call me later the same day They said the damage was extensive They wanted to refer it out to a different shop that could give me a better price and had more experience on the job. Could have easily charged me the $150 but told me there would be no charge. When I noticed by looking around the shop it looked like a bunch of honest hard-working men and instead of trying to have a flashy fancy lobby they pass the savings on to the consumer. A real nice shop like atmosphere and vibe.

I took my Ram 1500 in to Precision for extreme roughness in the suspension. I had left it with BA dealer who I made an appointment to inspect and repair.They just parked it and forgot it. Precision told me they could inspect and repair in at most two days. I was called in one day and they had the shocks and springs replaced and truck was ready. Rides like like a new truck now. Being a 60+ single woman I have a jaded outlook of being taken advantage of when it comes to things like automotive repairs. On Monday 2/9 I took my older Jeep in to a “well known”repair shop for a check engine light, only to be called a couple hours later being told “the entire repair” ….$1,030.00! I was speechless! After speaking with a family member, the suggestion was made to take my vehicle to Precision Auto Specialist. I immediately did just that, left my vehicle with Precision so they could do a diagnostic the following day. Imagine my shock when the next morning, Jacy from Precision called, explaining everything so clearly to me. In regards to the diagnosis, the same thing the previous shop had said , only she said the total repair would be, get this, $380 !! THE SAME EXACT REPAIR!! A few hours later, I was able to pick up my newly repaired Jeep, and she’s running GREAT!! THANK YOU JEFF, JACY AND THE ENTIRE TEAM OF PRECISION AUTO SPECIALIST!! HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY, INTEGRITY! IF YOU VALUE THESE, YOU’LL LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH PRECISION AUTO SPECIALIST!!!
