I can't recommend Precision Tune Auto Care highly enough! We've been taking our vehicles here for service for years, and they consistently provide outstanding work. Chase and his team are not only skilled, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are honest & transparent and take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. Finding a good mechanic is not easy. Finding one that is also honenst and reasonably priced is even harder. These guys check every box including they never try to talk you into unnecessary work. Their highly skilled mechanics get the job done quickly and correctly the first time. After two repair shops made me wait over a day for a diagnostic test, I tried Precision. I explained what was happening with my dashboard warnings and that I attempted to check the fuses prior to the warnings showing up.(explained to the previous shops also). Precision diagnosed and repaired said fuses within 3 hours of me dropping it off. Not one single issue since I drove off. They have a customer for life now.

I found this shop at random while trying to find someone to help with my explorer after another mechanic did me wrong. Not only did Chase get me all fixed up, but he also found other things THE DEALERSHIP didn’t do right as well. My car wouldn’t start and the interior lights dashboard wouldn’t go off. They are honest and I was shocked I expected the worst and he said all I needed was another battery. I was like are you sure I expected something awful, he said yes and if you have the same problem please come back and we’ll fix it. Now it’s the only shop I will go to. Made me feel comfortable to have a trusted company.

These guys were my worry free auto repair place, back when they were on Buckner, but I bought a new truck and when it was time for maintenance, a pastor recommended a place, $1,300 later I was left with a persistent check engine light, which they said would cost another $1,200. I explained, they were the only one to touch my truck, other than yearly oil changes. They told me they hadn't touched anything near the part that was causing the check engine light. I didn't know what happened to my guys at Precision Tune, so I just googled them and a lady left a glowing review about how well "Chase" had taken care of her. When I heard his name I knew I had found the guy's who'd always given me "OUTSTANDING SERVICE." Needless to say they did it again, fixed the problem, no overcharging, just great honest work. I came in thinking one thing was wrong that would cost a lot of money, but they were able to find the cause of my car’s problems for $200 less than expected! I knew I wanted to come to Precision Tune Auto Care because I’ve been there before and Chase the manager/owner (I think that’s his name) is really good at explaining it to me in a way that I understand so I know what’s happening with my car. He also always greets me with my name and says “let us take care of it for you.” So I definitely am pleased with my service and will be continuing to have my car serviced there!
