I came in for an oil change, and & when they did an overall check and let me know what services I would need in the future without trying to “upcharge” or “sell” me on it. They also caught an error that a mechanic did at another place and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently! Appreciate them so so much! They have a lifetime customer!

Will and Javoni were incredibly considerate of us and offered top-notch care when they serviced the brakes on our van! We drove about 7 hours to get to Georgia to see family for Thanksgiving when I noticed some issues with our brakes. Within an hour from closing, they still accepted us and took care of what we needed. They educated us on the condition of our brake pads and rotors, and they didn't try to take advantage of us. They treated us with respect. I recommend this location 10/10!

I really dont appreciate being lied to. The manager told me my fuel pump was bad and it was inside the fuel assembly sitting jnside the gas tank. He also said my warranty didnt cover the assembly but he did change the fuel pump. That was a lie. I changed it myself and those bolts haven't been turned since the factory installed them.

I've been here a few times with a few cars. The undercarriage protective cover came down and my vehicle and to put it back on cost more than what I thought it should. It was fixed very quickly and I was on my way. Not the best on the eyes but good shop.

Alan is horrible. He used to be very friendly and polite. Ever since he returned from being fired his attitude has been horrific. There is no customer service and service has went down completely. I believe most of the employees have quit since his return also. Please go somewhere else. You will be waiting forever and your car will not be cared for.

One of my radiator fans fell off today while getting an oil change at the jiffy lube up the road. The tech at jiffy lube didn’t have what he needed to put it back on and so I went to precision to have it looked at. The tech at precision told me that to put it back on it would be over $200 and it would take over an hour. Then he came back and said a nut holding it up needed to be replaced and lowered the price to $130. I asked for my car back and took it to the mechanic down the road. They put it back on for free which took him no more than 5 minutes. I would not recommend going here if you don’t know much about cars because you might end up paying for nothing.

It’s a terrible mistake to go this place in this facility if you have mechanical issues. I need help from the corporation of this company. Alan the manager there isn’t honest and doesn’t care about me as a customer or the place he works in. Since June 22,2025 up to today July8 my car is still stuck unfixed. He said need to change CV Axle, but he continues to get my hopes up by saying he will be done the next day, then next comes he s still waiting on a part and then he keeps coming up with a different excuse each day. Like I don’t have a mechanic, tools, he’s wife was in hospital, his computer wasn’t working for 2 days, I don’t have mechanic etc….So I need help to get my car out of this shop. I need help from the corporation.

Never ever go there if you care about your car , I have most worse mechanic and hold my life Allen , he damaged my car and damage my transmission because he don’t know how to work in German car. My car is a Mercedes and he keep it for one month and he wasn’t able to put CV axle correct in my car and then he said no the problem is the transmission so after he charging me $750 after he was give me all the excuse in world for why he was late to fix my car he was want to charge me $ 3000 for transmission , for sure I don’t trust him so as I bring my vehicle on Towing truck, and was very simple problem, I get him Towing truck but I the car was one worse shape have more problem after he wasn’t able to do the job right but he charging me $750 and waste my time for months and the problem is I try to connect with the company. No one help me so they have the worst customer service and your right is going to go and what you are going to deal with losing and losing and losing and a lot of excusing. I hope this review reach to anyone his car is broke down before he put it in the place, and he treat me like this cause you see me as a foreign. My English is not good and I have an accent so I get advantage of me. And the problem is Allen he is the manger , so god bless to take my car from this place after he gets my money for nothing , to save your time to save your car never ever take risk and going over there. I hope what happened to me never happened to anyone else so that’s why I’m writing my bad experience at that place trying to save anyone he needs his car to be fixed . Don’t believe any certificate on the wall or the writing far price good job. This is only marketing like the photo for the mechanic on the website it’s not truth.
