I always have a good experience at Premier. Yes, they try to sell everything, but you just say no to what you don't want, and they don't hassle you. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will keep going to Premier, the free carwash is a huge plus!

I have always been pleased by the customer service and outstanding knowledge of the vehicles I have brought for them to work on. I appreciate that they know my name and act like they are glad to see me. One man stands out me me and that is John. I drive a CT5-V Cadillac that was showing I needed a new Engine Air Filter. I drove over 800 miles with that light lit on my dash. The guys told me not to worry, you can make that many miles even tho the light was on. I could take it to my Cadillac dealer to get it done because it was a difficult part to install-very hard to reach and took long time to change it out. My husband said have Premier do the install to save installation costs at the dealership. Ray has several employees with company vehicles and they all get their rigs serviced at Premier. I needed to order this part from Cadillac so when i picked it up, they only had one in stock. I took it to John to install it, but this car needs 2 EAF’s. John changed the one out and offered to do the other one when it came in. I offered to pay John extra when I had to have the other one put in, but John refused any extra pay and performed the whole operation again. What a prince of a guy!

Love this place!! Maddox and John were very friendly and efficient. I was a little nervous taking my Audi anywhere other than the dealership but they were very knowledgeable and confident and did a great full synthetic oil change!! Unlike most places where you leave your car and don’t know what they are doing to it, Premier Oil change keeps you in the driver seat while they talk you through each step and recommendation for your car. You feel like you are not paying for anything you don’t need and are also getting exactly what you’re pay for. I will come back in 5,000 miles for sure!!

It was my 1st time going to Premiere. They were great but forgot to reset my oil sensor in my car so I had to drive back out (9 miles) to have it reset. It took the tech almost as long to figure out how to do it but he finally did.

The staff is great! Very fast and friendly. The only downside to this location is that the car wash is terrible. It did not clean my truck at all. I mean nothing. It’s not worth the time it took out of my day lol

I have gone with Premier Oil change for years now. They have excellent customer service as well as A+ work. They walk you the the oil change and make sure you know what is going on and if your car is in need of anything they let you know. They also top off all your fluids and make sure your tire pressure is good. I will keep going to them for all my oi changes.
