Victor, the owner is probably the best body guy in Erie. They have an extensive paint match and mixing system and a top-of-the-line paint booth. What also sets Prestige apart from the majority of other body shops is the frame straightening machine.

Terrible attitude from shop owner, refused to give a written estimate to repair a scratch on a vehicle, for a non insurance claim. Just a verbal agreement, doing that type of business will not protect you (the customer) in case your unhappy with the results of the repair. So buyer beware!!! Update to the response from this business, please be aware that no such request for any type of fraudulent claim was asked and or implied, and to suggest that this occurred shows how low they go. This business is just trying to save face from the poor review given. Prestige Auto Body if you want a good review don't lie, be honest and practice good customer service. To any customer reading this and needing service I highly recommend you shop around and make an educated choice. Remember to always get everything in writing that's the only way it holds up in a court of law anything else is just your word against theirs.

I took my 2011 Honda Civic here to get the bumper fixed. They ordered new parts and kept me updated on the status of my car. The day that they got the parts in, they repaired my bumper and had it ready in the early afternoon! The amount they quoted was the exact amount I owed in the end (they didn't add any extra costs). They were super friendly! And one of the guys actually used to work for Honda so he knows Hondas inside & out. My car looks beautiful now! Would definitely recommend!
