For a long time I was looking for a professional and reliable auto shop that I could trust to have my car serviced. After researching for a Mercedes Benz auto service, finally, I decided to take my SUV to Prestige Auto Tech. I'm extremely glad and satisfied that I did. I pleasantly met John at the front Office, whom demonstrated during my interaction, as being a knowledgeable professional in dealing with customers. I could not be more satisfied with the experience, to the point that I told John that if it that was the case, they had a customer for life. I was also given a ride home by Nelson with whom I had the pleasure of having a great conversation, thanks Nelson! All major components were checked and I was given a clear picture of the works that had to be done. I was also given a picture of the rotor and brake pads changed and other components that needed my attention. Never, ever I had that experience during all the years that I have been driving Mercedes Benz cars and going to the dealership. I do not want to finish this review without praising the technician(s) that worked on the diagnosis and repair of my car.Thank you all!

2020 BMW X5. The car arrived at the workshop towed in with the software locked due to a failure during a software update. From the start, this was clearly a programming issue. I was given an estimate of 5 hours of labor totaling $1,000. The next day, I was told I had to pay an additional $400 to program the CEM (Central Electronic Module). This makes no sense—everything related to programming should have been included in the original estimate, since that was the sole reason the car was brought in. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, which was supposedly ready, the experience got worse. An underbody plastic cover had been removed and left in the trunk with all the screws loose. On top of that, the steering wheel was dirty and covered in grease, showing a complete lack of care and professionalism. Between the unexpected charges, and careless handling of my vehicle, I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning and do not recommend this shop!

My steering was popping a lot when it got cold out but not so much when it was above 45 degrees. Prestige was able to troubleshoot the issues to old tires that needed re-alignment. They replaced the tires and did an alignment and I haven't heard the popping since. Definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Prestige Auto Tech ML, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding service I received from John. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He fixed the driver's side window on my vehicle, which wasn’t functioning properly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before returning it to me. 💯 Exceptional Service! As a first-time customer I was thoroughly impressed, they treated me with white glove service, far surpassing any dealership. It’s a challenge to find honest, trustworthy mechanics these days, but this shop truly exceeded my expectations. Their team of expert mechanics earned my complete trust working on my Range Rover. From the moment I walked in, Caesar greeted me with a smile, the entire team is friendly and professional! The Manager Christian is awesome, relatable and personable, he explained the details of my service, invoice and warranty 3-year / 36,000 miles on parts and labor. Conveniently located in Miami Lakes just down the street from my house, they also provided a courtesy ride. Nelson their driver gave me a ride home and picked me up, he was so nice making my experience all the more pleasant. To top it off, they washed my car and gave me a welcome gift, including a tote bag and thermos. I’ve been searching for a new reliable mechanic and I’m thrilled to have found a shop with a great reputation so close to home. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The service advisors thoroughly educate customers on making informed decisions and keeping them involved in the maintenance of their car as if they were talking to their own loved ones.
