My 2021 Range Rover Sport was leaking windshield wiper fluid. Chris took care of me and as always super nice guy very professional explained every step. Kept me updated shows me pictures of the problem and fix. They are outstanding.

I cannot recommend this place enough, especially to women! I felt super taken care of by John and Chris at the front. They made me feel like a VIP! They even offered me rides to and from work nearby while my car was being fixed. My car was fixed in one day by Marlin from the tech team! Service 10/10. Prices are VERY fair.

💯 Exceptional Service! As a first-time customer I was thoroughly impressed, they treated me with white glove service, far surpassing any dealership. It’s a challenge to find honest, trustworthy mechanics these days, but this shop truly exceeded my expectations. Their team of expert mechanics earned my complete trust working on my Range Rover.
From the moment I walked in, Caesar greeted me with a smile, the entire team is friendly and professional! The Manager Christian is awesome, relatable and personable, he explained the details of my service, invoice and warranty 3-year / 36,000 miles on parts and labor.
Conveniently located in Miami Lakes just down the street from my house, they also provided a courtesy ride. Nelson their driver gave me a ride home and picked me up, he was so nice making my experience all the more pleasant.
To top it off, they washed my car and gave me a welcome gift, including a tote bag and thermos.
I’ve been searching for a new reliable mechanic and I’m thrilled to have found a shop with a great reputation so close to home. I’m definitely a new loyal customer for life. 😊

I recommend Prestige Auto Tech for your repairs. Service on my BMW made me a believer. They had previously changed a battery, where the brice was decent. Their waiting area is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I took my car in today for regular service and was very pleased. Three Additional repairs were discovered Ceasar called me to advise, sent me pictures and discussed the prices. The entire service was priced reasonably. I am sold. Prestige will be my go-to service advisors for my car.

Last Friday I took my 2023 Kia K 5 for an oil change and air conditioner filter change. I made an 11:15am appointment for the service 3 weeks prior. I asked numerous times including the morning I took the car in how long it would take to have the work completed? I was reassured 1.5 hours max.
Well not so 3 hours later! Which of course that made me late picking my daughter from school which in turn led to having to cancel a dentist appointment.
I asked why the delay and was told that the air filters were ordered that morning and that because there was an accident on the palmetto the delivery was delayed. Why would they have not ordered the filters sooner when for days prior I received at least 4 text messages confirming the appointment? AT LEAST 4!!!
If that was the case they should of informed me and given me the option to reschedule the air conditioner filter for another day especially knowing that it wasn’t urgent and just have the oil change done.
What I’m sure happened is for example as I’m sitting out front waiting patiently they had a car towed in to the back belonging to a woman that was left stranded in Costco . Aprox at 2 In walks her husband asked if his wife’s car had already arrived was told yes. They told him it’s Friday and we don’t work on weekends and he responded I was told the car was going to be worked on today. The employee walked to the back came back out and told him yes. Of course it was being worked on as I’m sitting for 3 hours and my car left behind.
Being a widow I don’t know much about cars I made the huge mistake of placing my trust in Prestige and their pricing. Then adding insult to injury I come to find out from family/friends that what I was being charged was an outrageous price for the service. PRESTIGE SHAME ON YOU FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE!
AND NO MY CAR WASN’T CLEANED WHEN RETURNED TO ME!
BTW please take action and instruct the staff to clean the keurig coffeemaker in the waiting area because the water reservoir has gross green mold in it. I have the pictures to prove it.
