Sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful without causing you to feel pressured. (I can personally attest to feeling welcome by Dayna Liverman who went beyond expectations to find me a car of exquisite beauty and truly amazing options that she and her manager somehow found a way for me to afford.) They are proud of their offerings and care that you remain comfortable with the entire experience. There are other dealerships, especially in Michigan, but I can not imagine being better served. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. I took my car to them about a month ago for a simple part to fix for my windshield wiper fluid. They told me to bring it back in 2 days and they could replace the part and that nothing else was wrong with my car. I took my car back and then they told me they didn’t have the part yet. No call, no warning. I called a week later, still didn’t have the part. Called 2 weeks later because I still never heard back, still no part and the person I was working with no longer works there. They allow so much to fall through the cracks. Now they finally have my part in but tell me I need a new alignment now when I haven’t even driven the car much for the last 3 weeks. Also anytime you want to talk to the person you were working with, they transfer you 3 different times just to let you know that the person you’re working with isn’t available. I usually go to LaFontaine and there service department is incredible but I decided to give Prestige a try since it’s closer to my house but I’ll never send my car here ever again.

Do not recommend the service center. Damaged my wheels and then ghosted me. Been taking my car there for regular service but when I had them change my winter tires, my wheels came back damaged. I raised the issue and was told I would receive a call within the week. It's been 2 months without a phone call. Called/left numerous messages and emails, none have been returned.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Prestige Cadillac’s service department. I was contacted and encouraged to come in for what was clearly presented as a free oil change, but after the service was completed, I was told I had to pay. When I explained that their representative told me the service would be free, instead of honoring that, they used my rewards points. What made matters worse was that the general manager’s response was essentially, “Oh well.” This was a simple misunderstanding that could have easily been resolved, yet the dealership chose to lose a customer over roughly $100. I expected better communication and accountability, especially from management. I hope ownership or upper management reviews situations like this, because I would have preferred to resolve the issue rather than take my business elsewhere permanently. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER!!!! Like I said they told me The general manager was looking into it.

I recently purchased a 2025 Optiq that turned out to be a lemon. It was in the shop 7 out of the first 9 weeks of owning the vehicle. Service department is not interested in doing anything extra to help out, especially since the vehicle had less than 1,000 miles on it and in service for less than 2 weeks before the first time I had an issue with it. I had to demand a loaner vehicle by getting the service manager involved. The second time the vehicle went in, which was less than 24 hours after getting the vehicle back, I told them that I needed a loaner vehicle and was assured they would have for me. When I arrived to drop my vehicle off, they gave my loaner away to someone else. The service advisors were bickering back and forth in front of all the customers. It was extremely unprofessional. The fourth time the vehicle got dropped off, I was refused a loaner vehicle stating they had none. Cadillac’s executive team agreed to purchase the vehicle back from me and do an MSRP swap for all the service issues, they just needed a VIN number off a new car that it would be swapped out for. The dealership refused to do a dealer trade to get a new vehicle for me or order a new vehicle for me, despite telling me they would be ordering one on Thursday. They also stopped communicating with the Cadillac Executive team to get this resolved. I finally went to another dealership that helped me out in a very timely and professional manner despite having no obligation to do so. I will never step foot in this dealership again.

From day 1 of just talking about possible interest, Dayna sent me pictures, texts, and calls just to share what Prestige had to offer. She was patient and personable with me!
