The salesman and manager were both very nice and friendly, however, they BOTH failed to mention that the car I was going to purchase had transmission problems!! They also did not give me the safety inspection paperwork that they said they would. I would not recommend anyone to go here, unfortunately.

Extremely friendly staff. However, they don’t give quotes over the phone; you MUST come in for a $125 inspection, non-negotiable. This is ridiculous! plenty of other dealerships, Ex. Lafontaine in Highland – AMAZING SERVICE, offer quotes over the phone and ZERO commitment to mandatory $125 “inspection” fees. Additionally, I called Prestige to find a part number for my vehicle, once the technician discovered I was doing the work myself he wouldn’t give me the part number. He just kept avoiding my question until later giving me a bogus part number. Obviously, Prestige Cadillac is only interested in taking customers money. Very disappointed in how they represent Cadillac.

There was absolutely no sense of urgency at this dealership. My service advisor never followed up with updates, and I had to constantly chase them down for information. This dealership operates at a snail's pace. Getting any kind of service took a lot of effort on my end. While I appreciate Cadillac customer service reaching out to me after filing multiple complaints, the response wasn't sufficient to compensate for the wasted time and frustration caused by the dealership's lack of urgency and poor communication.
