Used the roadside service through my insurance and they sent Price's to pick up my truck in downtown St. Charles. I sat there in front of my vehicle for an hour after the time they were supposed to arrive. I called and they told me their driver was there 20 minutes ago. Which he was not because I was sitting there and no tow truck showed up. Their driver said he couldn't pick up the vehicle because there were other cars around it and I was out of luck and basically hung up on me. Even if he couldn't get to my truck, you would think they would call me instead of just letting me sit there. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable towing company!

Last night 02/05/2024 I was on the side of the Rd with a flat tire and my insurance company sent prices towing to my location the eta was 90- 120 minutes so I called the towing company and told him my situation and the dispatcher called his guy and rerouted him and they was there within less than 10 minutes. They towed me to the gas station to put air in. I was so thankful. But then my tire was completely bad and I didn't think I had a spare so I called the tow truck back and they was there within 5 minutes I was going to have them tow me home but the tow truck driver popped my trunk and I did in fact have a spare. So he changed it for me which he did not have to do that. I am forever thankful for the dispatcher and the tow truck man. Thank you guys so much. I got home safely thanks to you guys your amazing and I will recommend you to anyone anytime. Thank you so much again.

They posted parts for sale on Facebook marketplace only had one picture of the part I wanted and when asked for price location hrs of operation and a specific picture of an area since I live an hr from them they completely ignored me. They looked at my messages but never replied. Now I have wasted 4 days trying to communicate with them to no avail. My recommendation is to go anywhere else because they obviously don't care about their customers or their building.

Had a flat on a Friday @ 5:15 ish. I had no spare. Called Discount tire and it would have been 275 for a rim and tire. They closed at 6. My wife called Price's and they had a used tire for $50 and they were open until 8. My brother came and picked me up, took the flat on rim to them. They had the tire ready to mount and in their office when we walked in. First tire ended up not holding air, they had more and found one that did and got it mounted on my rim. Was there maybe 25 minutes. What a life saver on a Friday night. Friendly, professional, kind, and seemed very family oriented. I don't recommend any business usually unless the service is exceptional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that is wants affordable family friendly service. Thank you to everyone at Price's

Jeep roadside service dispatched Price's Towing to my house for a lockout, on a Sunday afternoon, 22 miles from their shop. The driver arrived in 75 minutes and had my Jeep unlocked within 2 minutes. Then I was off to enjoy my #sundayfunday. Thank you for the excellent service.

Top shelf employees in my opinion. Witness and accident and this towing company pull up to block traffic to protect the people involved while police arrived. To the driver of the black pearl, you are a class act. Definitely would recommend them on this act alone. Great job!

Bad company that takes advantage of its customers. Stated one thing on the phone and lied later about such part.I advise anyone doing business with them take pics and or video and get a written receipt when inquiring about automotive parts.They will lie to keep a sale. 1-7-26

My Hummer wouldn't start in Frankenmuth. I went through my insurance co that made Prices my tow provider. I was told 2 hours before he would get to me. It was 32° & windy. The driver dispatched to me eventually returned to home-base. His eta then, was 21 minutes to my location. For some odd reason, I couldn't track him any longer on my phone. Time passed and I called Prices and was told he was on his way. Made a few calls got the same response. My insurance uses an AI instead of a live person. They couldnt locate the driver either. I believe the driver was told by home base to make another stop before he got to me. I'm 67, and this display of disrespectful customer service is uncalled for. Never again will I accept Prices towing and auto salvage as a wrecker service

I thought I locked keys in the car. The kid pulled up and was walking toward my car and I when the salon receptionist ran out with my keys in her hand. I don’t mind paying something for the service, however, I do mind paying 100% or $50. The company could have shown some understanding and they would have had a customer for life but apparently they have enough customers.

Stay away from this company. Waiting on Bay Rd Saginaw for over an hour no one showes! My front tire broke and was only short trip to tow my car to walmart tire about a mile a way. Im glad its not freezing cold outside, otherwise I was to freez in the car! (Parking next to Cabila on Bay Rd Saginaw).
