As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and taken care of. More specifically, we were paired with Dillon and he instantly eased my anxieties about the car-buying process. This was my first time buying a car and it was delightfully pleasant- mainly due to Dillon's very calm and present demeanor. I had the preconception of "sales sharks" and he debunked that stereotype right away. We connected well with Dillon and he made the whole experience enjoyable, taking his time to answer our questions and sit in the car with us to help us connect to the app, etc. I love our new car, its modern features, and am so happy with our 2025 Sportage PHEV purchase!

I leased a vehicle from Hyundai Pride Motors in Lynn, MA. Salespeople were great, then all of a sudden they weren’t available. Few months later I drive down for a service and find out they are no longer in business. Where do I go now for my service on this leased vehicle. No notice whatsoever.

This is going to be a long one...but the take away is DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM! So many things wrong, so many lies...awful customer service. Sold me a car, wasn't cleaned, safety inspected or serviced. Damage to rear bumper that happened after I looked at it...surface scratches not buffed out. Rear wiper rubber hanging off. Inside didn't smell clean. The day I took possession the main warning light went on and the needs service notification said it was -350 miles past due......Also can NEVER get in touch with sales manager...MAILBOX IS FULL...lol. Sales person said one thing then said she didn't...my zip code was incorrect as well as my email...I have documented everything and will be taking legal action if these things are not fixed. The only good thing about PRIDE is Ben in the finance office. I will amend this review after I bring it in on July 9. It may be better, it may be worse.

Had some issues regarding a lease at this dealership. Initially wrote a full review with 1 star rating but after speaking to Pride Autogroup Management and correcting the issue, I updated my review as a sign of respect to the company for fixing the wrongdoing. Overall, I think it’s important to have transparency and honesty in this business and I hope the incident that happened becomes a lesson learned from everyone.

Despite the bad reviews which made me hesitant, I over-all had a good car buying experience. Phil was amazing and helped me get into the perfect car that fit my budget and was determined to make sure that I left with the vehicle that day (which I did)!! Marcelo the finance manager was an absolute gem. Super friendly and made sure I understood everything we were going over. Not once did I feel pressured and everyone there was super friendly! This is one of the worst places I have ever experienced bad customer service. I have been given the runaround for two months about money owed to me and it is absolutely insane. Every time I called I got pushed onto someone different then I was told by multiple people that everything was all set and that the check was mailed out. Well here it was again two weeks later and I call and now it’s saying that it will be sent out today. Absolutely ridiculous. This is their last shot or I will be calling the bbb. Stay away from this place if you can.!!

Recently, my service appt was scheduled sooner than I had even hoped for. My car was taken immediately upon my arrival and returned with oil change and tire rotation completed within and hour. Then washed and vacuumed, being returned to me in much better condition than when I arrived! I highly recommend Chris and the entire service team at Pride on the Lynnway!!!
