Stringing customers along for weeks on repair for the vehicle. Multiple dates given for a pick up with Excuse after excuse on delays. This has to be the worst body shop ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

This place never returns phone calls and it's a miracle if the phone is answered. Had my car for 1 months. No updates during that time. I had to call them for any and all updates. If you think you will get a faster response if you call the manager- they don't return the calls either.

My truck took two Months and it still wasn't done had to bring it back in and I still have a few issues . My insurance company sent me there as it's in there network and guarantees the work for life. It's a Chevrolet dealership and I have a Dodge not sure if that made any difference it shouldn't have. Whatever it is I'm disappointed with the overall service repairs and time-line.

In all honesty, the quality of their work seems irrelevant in light of the prolonged wait time and lack of communication. It took months for someone to respond to our request for service, and once we brought in our vehicle, it seemed to disappear into a black hole. It has been over two months, and the work is still unfinished. We have had to reach out to them multiple times for updates, only to be told that they ordered the wrong part or are waiting on something else.

After my car was damaged while it was being serviced at Pride Hyundai, the car was sent to be fixed at Pride Auto Body- they did an excellent job!! It looks beautiful! They even detailed the car! Excellent customer service. Nancy was so kind after I was very upset that my car was damaged after waiting 3 months for the car to be serviced under warranty! I would highly recommend this auto body shop!!

I had recently purchased a beautiful 2020 palisade. I had it for 2 months, when I came out and saw that my car was hit at night. Worst nightmare ever. I was referred to pride collision center. They are amazing they took care of me and my car. It looks brand new. I recommend them to anyone who needs a no frills honest body shop. Nancy helped me get into a rental car and everything. They even sent me daily updates via text. Are you tired of going to sleazy body shops? Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Such a BAD experience here!! It took 5 and a half weeks to get my car back with no communication from them. Another review mentions getting daily texts from them. That could not be further from the truth. If you call, it either goes unanswered or sent to a full voicemail box. You have to go in person to get any sort of update. Each week was some sort of delay, which I understand happens, but I shouldn’t have to show up in person because a business doesn’t have a phone. Then when I finally get to pick up my car, it smells disgusting. I would not recommend pride collision at all.

Brought my 2019 kia sorento to Pride Collision Center for a cracked rear bumper (fender bender). I went through insurance for the work. Sandra handled everything for me. She was very communicative. Something that is not at all common today. She handled my rental and payment perfectly. Now for the work. Tom and guys literally gave me back a brand new car. They went way above. My car looks like it just came off the lot when i purchased it. Not only did they fix my body damage, but they washed and cleaned my car so well that it literally left me speechless. This is the kind of service that is so hard to find these days.
