I recently was invited to an interview at a couple about 3 weeks ago and after i conducted my interview I made sure to reach out to the recruiter and advise that I completed the interview and that it went great and thank them for setting it up. I followed up about a week later to see if there was any feedback and I have not heard anything as of today. My interview took place April 23rd and it is now May 12th. I know some times the process can be a bit long but from what I was told the company was looking to fill the position immediately and I was very interested in it. In the past I have worked with agencies and they have been great with communicating any feedback whether good or bad. Honestly that is all I was looking for, honest feedback even if I didn’t get the position to potential help me in my next one. Situations like this is what makes me weary on working with agencies like this. However thanks again for the opportunity would have been great to receive some feedback.

This is the worst recruiting agency I've ever dealt with. They have reached out to me several times regarding opportunities. Each time the first contact recruiter let's me know they will forward my resume to their supervisor to see if they want to present me to the client. Everytime I do not get a callback, text or email. I have called several times and they state they will have someone follow up but they don't. I've had one of the recruiters say she will present me to her supervisor Jessica. No response. Now I understand if they don't want to present me to the client but at least call me back or email me letting me know. I get my hopes up for what seems like a good fit for the job. Then just silence. They really don't seem to care unless they can place you and get the commission.
