We parked brand new car under a tree for 9 days, the tree SAP was all over the paint and windshield. I was panicked, owner got us in right away and did a PERFECT job of getting everything off and back to new condition! Highly recommend!

I read other reviews of auto detail places before I settled on Pristine. Wanted a smaller, hand wash location for a new vehicle to keep the paint looking good. Went with a ceramic coating too to prolong and protect paint. Keith is very knowledgeable about the products and takes time to answer all questions and explain processes of their services.

Keith is great and they all do a fantastic job. My World Rally Blue WRX got caught in some sprinklers and had awful water spots baked on. I shopped around for the best price for a water spot removal and wax and these guys had the lowest price. An entire car water spot removal and wax is no easy task and takes some time so Keith let me take their loaner car out so I could do some errands. Very nice and professional. I got back and my car looked like I just bought it off the showroom floor! This is my new go to detail shop for my biannual waxes or a good wash before a car show.

Today was the first time I ever had my 2009 Toyota Matrix detailed--full interior plus exterior wash--and the service and outcome was nothing short of awesome! My car came in at 830 am with a funky smell from cumulative stains traced to old coffee and food spills, and now at 430 pm I am sitting in a car that is shiny and clean on the outside and nearly brand-new looking from the inside. This extensive detailing package cost me an affordable $155 and so far I have no regrets! Keith guided me through the entire process, from initial consultation to execution, evaluation, and payment processing! Two bonus points... is that Keith let me borrow a loaner car for the day, so that I wouldn't be stranded at a nearby Starbucks... And secondly, Keith took some time to show me some cleaning tips to keep my car in shape between detail sessions (he recommends this service to be performed once a year for any car). And finally, I want to mention a total bonus point... is that one of Keith's contractors was able to remove a minor but nevertheless significant dent on the drivers' door. The bill for this dent repair was only $190 whereas most auto body shops quoted me in the thousands for full door replacement. I am very supportive of small businesses like Pristine Auto Detail, especially as a mechanically illiterate customer, and I sincerely hope you choose this shop for your next car detail!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Our vehicles had pretty severe hard water spots from our apartment complex’s sprinkler system, after detailing our vehicles are shining again! The inside of my vehicle was also meticulously cleaned and is absolutely spotless. The products they used inside weren’t oily at all, which is a problem I’ve had with other detailers. Brought my 2004 Accord in because I haven't had the interior touched up in quite some time, and the leather and carpets could use some work from my long days as a food courier. I asked Keith and his team to do the interior package. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their work. My leather looked like it did when I first got the car 18 years ago. My windows were immaculate. Carpets looked brand new too. They even did the door jambs, I haven't seen them that clean in some time. The only thing is, I thought he said he would do my headliner and he didn't, but I could be mistaken. It's not in the package on the website, but I could of sworn he mentioned it. Maybe I'm tripping. But regardless, I really appreciate how they truly didn't miss a spot and made the car look so good. Plus the price he said I would pay was the price I did pay, no added tax or anything. Will be back for any other detailing needs. Thank you Keith!

My truck was in need of some major exterior love as its only seen drive-thru car washes over the past two years. After doing some research, I ended up taking my vehicle into Pristine Auto Detail. I'm so glad I did because when I came to pick it up, I was grinning ear to ear. It looked so gorgeous, the chrome was shining, the black paint was glossy and I was happier than a chunky monkey sitting in front of a truck load of bananas on my birthday. I got my SUV detailed on the interior and was so impressed with Keith and his team. In my opinion, the car was pretty grimy (3 kids, food stains, a weird smell), and they did a fantastic job and the car felt like brand-new afterward. I got two quotes before getting the car detailed, and Pristine actually came in cheaper than one of their competitors. They finished the job earlier than they had initially told me, and Keith called me after I picked up my car to make sure everything looked alright and I was happy. Was a great experience and I would absolutely bring my car back! Thank you.

Had a full size truck ceramic coated. Keith was super easy to work with, very detailed description of the work to be done along with what to realistically expect from a ceramic coating. Went over options to fit my budget without any high pressure sales stuff. Truck came out fantastic and even took care of a tiny rock chip as part of the prep that someone rushing the job would have missed. Upon picking up the truck went over in detail how to take care of the coating and provided me with options to purchase some maintenance products without any heavy sales push. Really appreciate someone who has a great reputation and has been in business a long time with lots of experience and is an expert in their field. Highly recommend Pristine Auto Detail.

I took this same vehicle there 7 years ago and was blown away by their customer service and attention to detail back then. One sad day this week I opened up my passenger door and saw 7 years of my child spilling every drink and snack possible. I was disheartened but I remembered what a great job these guys did so I thought let me give them an- other go. All these years later I still got the same excellent customer service and attention to detail. Even presented with the challenge of 7 years of gross. They've made it al- most new again. I can't fathom how they pulled that off, but I'll tell you it's worth every penny. Think about if I were to sell my car in the first condition versus if I tried to sell it looking like this it makes a big difference. Definitely more than the price of a detail. There are several packages like for me, I went with from the door jamb in just cleaning only the interior because I beat the heck out of my outback. If you talk to the owner and explain what you want, they will very clearly lay it out to you which package and price that is. Also, while I was there today they were adding a mat te finish/wrap to an SUV. I'm not sure the name of it, but it looked really cool if you're into that sort of thing. Great job guys!

I’ve had pristine do a few projects for me. And they’ve always come through with great quality and great service. My kids spilled a milkshake in my truck. I immediately went to a gas station with a self service carpet cleaner sucked everything up, soaked it with cleaner and sucked it up again but over the course the next few days might truck began to reek like rotten milk. I took it to Keith and his team and they did a great job extracting the carpet and then treating the truck with ozone. When I picked it up, the smell was totally gone. Most recently I had them PPF my side-by-side to protect the paint from branches while offloading. I’ve gone on two trips now and all I can say is wow. My paint is protected in the PPF is self healing so when that gets scratches in it, I just leave it out in the sun when they Disappear.
