They went way above and beyond for a simple carwash. I don’t write many reviews but the team is fantastic and the owner is lovely. The owner came out and introduced herself and we had a lovely conversation.

Just left Pristine Auto Spa got my car cleaned with the premium package. They did an excellent job. The car came out perfect I spent about $30 and when they were through with my vehicle, it looked like my car had a thorough detail.. Hard workers and friendly service. Excellent management would highly recommend. I will be going back there for sure.

Great place, nice people. The staff was very kind and helpful. The front desk lady was very nice, her name was Sophia and the boss of the auto repair section, Frank did a great job with the car, runs smooth now. I received a free car wash, Tony was the boss of that section. The owner was a very nice lady too. It gets my 5 stars for sure 👍

This place has the worst customer skills ever. And bad attitude at the cash register Be extra careful given them your credit card information They screwed up on My account and they left the floor mats wet Be careful driving out my foot slipped off the brakes. Do to wet floor mats..

Usually get good service but today took my car in for the platinum package and basically got the basic car wash. Tire shine wasn’t done; interior wasn’t wiped down. Crew was too busy hitting on a mom and daughter that came in ahead.

I’ve been coming here for years and my expectations are always exceeded! I brought my older car for a detailing and bring my new car for their hand wash. Customer service is phenomenal. Tony always helps me and goes above and beyond and always leaves me laughing when he helps with my car! The owner is always a delight to talk to! Great was experience and will continue coming back here!

I have been going here for quite some time . Every time I go and have the car washed I have to get Tony the retailer to come and fix the outside as well as the inside . I kept the monthly against my better judgement . Today my daughter was there and had her car washed . Service was terrible and the car was not clean . She was asked to come back due to them being short staffed . Then there was a car stuck with the keys in it and the wash still not up to par . I called and spoke with the woman who answers the phone she was nothing short of disrespectful and 10000% lacks customer service skills . We will not be returning!

I stopped by Pristine Auto Spa in order to clean my husband‘s car which truly was in a terrible condition. In order to make sure we get truly clean, I pulled over to the side to empty the car, and I’m looking at it and saying to myself “how am I ever going to get this car clean?” Toni walks up to me and says “is that all of your stuff”? And I say “yes, unfortunately it is”, And he says to me “how would you like a 15 minute detail?” My response is “if you could get it done in 15 minutes go right ahead!” Well he was true to his word and the car is absolutely clean and beautiful. I highly recommend pristine auto spa and Tony if you really want to get your car clean ;-)

Just had an oil change and free car wash at Pristine Auto Spa today. The console was full of change, with many many quarters on top. Just noticed that all of the quarters are gone and there are only nickels & pennys left. I will never again go to this establishment

The absolute BEST car wash. I choose the Diamond package which is pricey at $35 but they spend 30-45 minutes inside the car detailing everything, it is worth every penny. Car ends up looking better than new. I would highly recommend !!!

Would be zero stars if that was an option. Had my car washed here, and after I left I noticed major damage was done to my wheels. It was if a caustic material was used and it etched and scored the rims (photos attached). I back in to bring this information to the owners attention, and she instead became hostile and accused me of lying about how the damage couldn't possibly have happened at her establishment. Tony, the head detailer, rushed her away and spoke to me separately about how he could have the damage fixed, free of charge, at another shop. At least her employees have some integrity. I've never left a review anywhere before and probably never will again but this is the worst experience I've ever had at a local business. Shout out to Tony though, he's a good man.

I have gone to this car wash for almost 2 years now and I’ve never really had a problem and then I went today, I got a $20 car wash and I like to watch it go through the process. All I did today was squirt soap on it and then rinse it off. It didn’t get scrubbed. It didn’t get anything like that. It literally got soap put on. I watched it drip off then it got shot with water and then it was taken out and dried Like $20 for water and soap is absolutely outrageous and they do a good job cleaning the inside, but today they did not and I’ve never had a problem having little knickknack on the dashboard and stuff and then today they told me it’s better if I don’t have anything in the car at all. My coworker and I were talking about it because he also gets his car wash there and we had decided that we probably will not be going there again cause for that price for what was done just for us to come back to work on our lunch break and have to sit here and wash our windows and clean bird poop off of the car that didn’t come off during the car wash is wild

The woman working at the front desk of this place is very rude. You could literally be standing in front of her waiting to pay and she will ignore you until she gets off the phone. When she does get off the phone, she is an incredibly rude person. No manners, clearly very annoyed to be here and doesn’t like dealing with customers. I don’t know how they would put someone like this to deal with customers and essentially be the face of the company on a day-to-day. I’d rather have the bald guy that seems like he’s hyped up on Red Bull 24/7. Ive been coming here for years but people like this karen like lady make you change your mind.

My daughters first used car needed a little detail TLC. Was I in for a shock! Tony kept saying “I’ll take care of it we don’t mess around here” I been coming to Pristine for years for oil changes and car washes but never a full detail. Well I left my daughters first used car we just purchased her that is in good condition but needed to have exterior clay barred, compound and waxed. Interior was in need of shampoo rugs and seat steamed cleaned plus just normal inside detail. Tony went above and beyond. He did full engine detail, restored the headlights to almost brand new condition. But wait!!! There is more. The car had a few small scratches. I could not get the paint. He said “don’t worry I got you” He not only went to the Ford dealership and got the paint with his connections, he did all the scratch repairs and then completed the full exterior detail. Tony left the car looking like a brand new car. I was amazed because I never thought that the car could look so new. Tony is a professional and keeps to his word on what he promises and a detail magician to boot! Tony and Pristine Spa are the best around and very fair with reasonable and affordable pricing. I recommend Pristine Auto Spa and service center for all your auto needs. Tony my daughter is so happy with her new car. You really showed how you care about your customers . Thank you!

**UPDATED REVIEW**: Changed from 1 star to 4 stars. It looks like there was a mix up during the first time I went here. After posting the review the owner kindly offered to fix the first car wash and stated its possible there was a mix up when I first went there. We did ask someone when we were there the first time if the car wash was done and the employee said yes (but its possible they didn't know we chose a higher package). After returning to get it fixed, the car was rewashed and interior was detailed to what I was expecting. Changing to 4 stars considering the quality (minus one for the original employee not taking a look or asking questions the first time around since we had to go out of our way to return and get it fixed. It's not close to us.) If we're in the area, I would go back now that I know that they can provide quality service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Paid for the platinum where the interior was supposed to be wiped down. It doesn't look like they did anything. Waste of $48 bucks. It's nothing better than a $15 car wash at another location. I'm going to have to redo it myself.

Stopped there for a car wash. It was dirty after my recent trip to Canada. The front and back were still dirty after the wash. But what really pissed me off that they managed to spray dirt inside the car. Absolutely unacceptable! For $27 it could be way better than I received. I would not rate this car wash as the best in the area.

This is the best carwash in the area. They are very quick and clean. Got us in and out in 15-20 minutes with inside cleaning as well. Coffee machine is very delicious and offers fresh coffees. Not a common offer from a carwash. Give it a try and you wont regret it
