I took my car for inspection and a break job on3/31/21. I was charged a total of $1789.00. 805 in labor and 889.00 for parts. I was grossly over charged. When I googled the pricing I was charged 180% more for parts and labor. I also reviewed my form for the inspection and it clearly states that I paid 1400.00 for all the repairs needed to complete my inspection. I was told all items needed to be completed before inspection. I never mind paying for repairs however being grossly overcharged should be a crime. I will never never use them again. On average it should have been 400.00 for all break work. I was charged 212.08 for parts on the front and 202.08 and back. 257.60 for front rotors 172.85 for rear rotor 86.42 for rear pads front break pads 94.00 oil 91.68. Oil filter 28.91 then I needed a rear upper engine tort 148.48 to pass inspection. Oil change 15.95. They just padded charges. The part that needs to be reviewed is my windshield won’t spray this should have been an inspection issue. Forget the safety and rob the customer.

Went in for an oil change and state inspection, was informed I had three nails in one of my back tires but all four of my tires need replacing. I proceeded with just getting the one damaged tire replaced. After picking up my vehicle my low tire pressure light now was appearing on my dashboard. I proceeded to get air for my tires and the only tire losing air was the new one they put on. This occurred for two days and I was forced to take it back where I expressed once again the issue. The clerks were great but the mechanic acted as if he had an attitude and tried to be argumentative about the issue. I requested to have my spare put on and a refund issue due to the poor work and unprofessionalism. I’ve had work done here before and the original owner Harold was great but the mechanic is very rude and inconsiderate. It’s hard finding good mechanics and it doesn’t make it easier when you have ones that give you the run around. If I’m spending my money at a business I expect to receive the quality work which I’m paying for period.

Communication and workmanship were excellent. I have a 10-year old SUV that gets a lot of wear. I contacted Wall's for alignment issues and to run a diagnostic test on the check engine light, after I had noticed some issues with low power and fuel smell. They responded promptly to my initial call to setup an appointment, and got back to me very quickly with a quote for the work. I was able to get just about all of the work done the same day, the only exception being a more complicated job that I decided to wait on. I really appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Parts and labor prices were reasonable for the work done. Would definitely recommend this mechanic!

my friend took his truck here for ac diagnosis and repair. He had an appointment which was delayed by one day. They kept truck for 3 days. During these 3 days was never advised of progress or what was going on with my ac. told them my compressor wasn't coming on. The final news was the ecm was grounding out which wouldn't initiate compressor. was charged $318 for this service and ac still doesn't work. approached this business about a return of some of my money and this wasn't granted. don't feel he was treated with respect as a customer and this should have been handled differently. karma will come back to them. writing this review to warn possible new customers of this injustice happening to you. was treated unfairly and will not be returning here for future service.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I don’t know how these people have such good reviews (they must be fake accounts) the receptionist I dealt with tonight was one of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She’s extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I needed some work done on my car, spoke to Harold (the owner) and he gave me a price for labor and parts ($600) he seemed super nice over the phone, but he is not a man of his word. When I showed up to pick the car up just two days later (super fast, which I thought was awesome) the receptionist told me my balance was nearly $800 I informed her that Harold had just spoke to me two days prior and gave me the $600 price, so she called him and he refused to honor the price he gave me initially. Had I known the price was going to change I would have picked a different shop. I will be sure to advise all friends and family to avoid this place at all cost.

I've had a hard time finding a trustworthy mechanic that has fair prices. I'm so grateful that I found pro alignment and walls auto repair! I have taken my car there twice now and both times they got my car into the shop and fixed the same day I called. They took great care of me and my car both times and the prices were very reasonable. It feels nice to know I now have a mechanic that I can go to whenever I need them and I'll be properly taken care of.

I called a week prior to setup an appointment to get my car aligned. I specifically asked if they could accommodate a Limousine. I was asked " how long is the car", and I replied back "120 stretch or your typical Limousine." I was told that they could align the car, and quoted me a price. I show up at 0728 for my 0730 appointment just to be told that my car is too long and it wouldn't fit. Customer service has just gone out the window. If you are not sure, take a second and ask someone to be sure. I'd rather you say that you are unsure rather than a straight yes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I looked up places to get my alignment done that was close to home. I took my truck there and they quoted me a good price. I said I just needed an alignment. While dropping my vehicle off I was asked why I need an alignment. That was red flag number one. But I answered. Told them I had the truck gifted and had some work done and now I need an alignment. She asked if I had any uneven wear and tear on the tired I said no. She then told me that an alignment was $109.95 but if they find something wrong with the vehicle that would prevent them from doing the alignment, I would have to either pay for the service or pay a diagnostic fee. I have dealt with many mechanics and I have dealt with maintenance in many vehicles. Instantly that raised red flags. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman then were going to try to pull a fast one. They messed with the wrong woman. My husband used to be a mechanic at Toyota not some mom and pop shop. My dad sells car and fixes them up. My cousins are all into cars and I used to be a mechanic. Used the good sense that god gave me to walk back out the doors. 🤣🤣 then I come and read the reviews and I hear other people say they’re shady or not knowledgeable. They were probably going to try to tell me I needed to fix something that I just had replaced. 🤣🤣 I will be spreading the word so people who are less knowledgeable won’t get scammed.

My experience here today was top notch. I was recommended to come here because of their honest and quality of work and not being overpriced and man did they deliver. Robert was my mechanic and he walked me through everything he seen and his concerns. he was very professional all around and honest. He even did me a courtesy and fixed my foot bumper piece that was hanging from my car which a really appreciated. Becky at the front desk was very polite and professional as well. Any.questions I had she was quick to answer or go find out for me. she was a real sweet woman. I will definitely be a regular here for any future work I need. The wait time wasnt long at all either!

My 2006 chevrolet express 2500 had previously been to 3 separate places for an alignment, including the dealer and they could not get it right. Dropped it off this morning and got it back a few hours later and it's finally driving nice and straight!!! Best $109 I've spent in a long time.
