Great Business and AMAZING Customer Service. My first visit to this life saving business was in the middle of the Pandemic. My Porsche had sudden transmission issues and this was the only business open to accommodate customers in the entire area. I was referred to Aram and Carmen who provided me with outstanding service. Our car exploded on the freeway, it was extremely stressful and a total fluke that we stumbled across this place. I am so glad we did! Aram is amazing and was able to fix/replace the hose that was needed almost immediately. He was truly a blessing, I cant thank him enough. My experience at Pro Automotive has been absolutely amazing from the start. My BMW dies on me and I get it towed to the shop after hours. I was just going to drop it and return. But Someone just happened to be in the building and came out to take my keys and help me secure my car. I was really scared the car had major damage and he assured me That I was in good hands. Within a few days I had my car in running condition, washed and filled with gas. No misfire fault codes on the OBD and my computer module replaced. They diagnosed the problem and repaired without any misleading tactics or uneasiness. I feel very comfortable with everyone at pro automotive. Carmen is awesome! She is a very informative and a pleasure every time I contact Pro Automotive or have to visit. . I feel comfortable knowing I can trust them to take care of my car without the fear of more problems arising or being overcharged for things I don’t need . They explained everything to me and kept great communication the entire process. This is important to me when choosing a mechanic and helped ease my fears. Amazing experience. They fixed my mystery no-start problem on a 2018 Jeep in less than a week. I am programmed to be distrustful of mechanics (daddy issues 🤷🏻‍♂️) but these guys from start to finish were 100% transparent. Great communication, excellent customer service, even reached out to the Jeep dealership on my behalf. Best part, they didn’t overcharge me. And wait…did they….did they fill up my gas tank? I think they did.
