Great place to work with. The order processing time was alittle slower than expected but they were able to me my parts faster than was said to be. Hell they got to me faster then the two shipping I had for my camber kit thru Amazon which still isn’t here yet. And k ordered those same day as my oreder thru pro civic.. definitely do business again with them.

Purchased INVIDIA Cat Back Exhaust system for 2016 Civic. They had stock, at a good price, order was processed and shipped quickly. Non expensive shipping a plus. Had issues with carrier(FedEx) as they failed their scheduled delivery date by their own fault and noted it as "recipient not available" when I had taken the day from work to wait for the package...later on that day they went back on their statement and labeled it as a mistake on their logistic (switched delivery vans during the day when it was already available to be delivered). Made me wait all day until 8pm telling me they would still deliver but didn't, they ended up delivering on next business day with me having to take another day of work because package required signature...like I said, the carriers fault and not Pro Civic. Easy fitment and installation. Overall great experience with Pro Civic aside from the carrier errors. Would purchase from them again. Pro Civic reached out and replied back to my review on Trustpilot to say thanks and apologize for the carrier mistakes although as I mentioned before they had no fault and it wasn't their mistake...this is what stands out from a great vendor, their attention to customer and service while striving to improve for their current and next customer. I applaud this business practice and as I said before, would definitely do business with them again.

These guys actually blew my mind with not only how quick I got the parts that I ordered. But the customer service side of things. I purchased some coilovers for about 700. They back ordered do to low stock, they emailed me the next day offering to upgrade to a nicer ($900) set of coilovers so I wouldn't have to wait. I'd buy from them again all day, they're amazing.

I have made 2 purchases thus far from procivic.com and will definitely be making more in the future! Their service is great. On my second order, their price was already really good, but i found 1 place who had it just a tad lower and emailed them to see if they price matched. They did and added a small discount on top of that because i choose to go with them instead. My first purchase was for a front lip for my car that only they offer, and it came in great shape with good packaging. Amazing customer service in books and will definitely CONTINUE making purchases through them based on my past 2 experiences.

Order a magnaflow exhaust for my 2013 honda civic si 4 door around 3 weeks ago, and a week an half ago went to put it on and had one for a 2 door/coupe. So contacted pro civic they wanted pics and part # so i did so. Got and email back saying i needed to contact magnaflow and it was out of there hands. If i wanted to return it i could get store credit or a 15% restocking fee and pay to ship it back. So definitely wont be ordering from here again. I have order from here a handful of times. Yea i had to contact magnaflow and i had to make sure i was getting the right part because pro civic put in my hands to get the issue taking care of. Its almost been a month trying to get this takin care of. Magnaflow is on the issue. So i contacted Magnaflow because pro civic didnt want to deal w it, sent a pic which i will put below measuring the mid pipe on the floor. They sent me a schematic for the measurements of exhaust sent pic and they said it was the wrong one. Got a new exhaust on the way. Order this 9/28/19 and paid 2 day shipping so definitely a big headache. It was a pain doing all this by myself. So by the 11/5/19 should have my new one. Got my new exhaust 11/4/19 got installed. Sounds great. Thanks to Cody over @magnaflow for getting this takin care of definitely appreciate it.
