I've been coming to this establishment for the past few years for routine oil changes. They have a standard $80 oil change charge for my full synthetic car. They forgot to clear the service light which shows there attention to detail. Also I asked them to help with a foul smell coming from the AC and after trial 1 no luck. Still a great local business to support and have pretty good service for the basics.

I've been taking all our cars here for the past 10 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on them. I've moved and live 40 miles away and still use Bob/Pro-Care for all my general maintenance, both major and minor repairs as well as all the required mileage maintenance. Trustworthy shop, will never try and up-sell you!

My family has been taking all of our cars to Pro-Care for over 16 years. When Jim took over a couple years ago we were concerned that the service level might change. Much to our surprise it was every bit as good as before (and sometimes even better). Whenever we have a problem it goes to Pro-Care. Even when we need a tow from AAA it is dropped off there. I took my soccer mom van into the shop for a basic oil change. Spoke to the owner Jim who got me in and out within 30 minutes at a very reasonable rate. While changing the oil, they noticed a nail in one of my tires and was able to complete that repair as well without charging me an arm and a leg. Its nice to see an honest repair facility so close to my home. I will definitely be back.

HONEST and HELPFUL! I recently took my son's Hyundai Sonata in for what I thought was a needed tune up. Jim called me a few hours later to let me know that it was far more serious and that I likely needed a new engine. Jim went above and beyond in telling me exactly what I needed to say to the dealership. I followed Jim's advice exactly and to my surprise Hyundai national covered the ENTIRE cost of the engine replacement (even though my warranty had expired!). I am truly grateful to Jim at ProCare for his guidance, which literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! I am customer for life! Thank you ProCare Auto!

I had a car emergency on my way to work and the only thing I could do was find a mechanic near my job and drop the car off in hopes that it would be fixed when I was done working. This place saved my butt, they were completely booked it was a Saturday right before Thanksgiving and they still took me in! I am forever grateful they turned a huge inconvenience out of my day into something that turned out to be no big deal at all, they have fair prices they are honest and they are good people I highly recommend procare auto! I also just want to add that I am extremely picky with my mechanic and we have used the same person for over 10 years which our guy was closed that day and our mobile mechanic which we've used for the past few years was out until after Thanksgiving so for me to say that this place is great it is really amazing because I'm extremely picky

My truck was leaking oil so having some good experiences w/ Jim at Procare in the past I decide to start there. He called me later that day after putting some tracer dye in the system to see where the leak was and asked if I had the oil changed recently. I had at Valvoline express. He said that they forgot to replace a part or seal that is a part of the oil filter and put the car up on the rack and ran the engine for 10 minutes and said he thinks he got it but to take it home and drive it around for a week to make sure. When I asked him what I owed him he said nothing. What shop would show that kind of integrity and service? I was expecting to pay serious $ for an oil leak because the truck only has 86000 miles on it - and I probably would have had I taken it somewhere else! Lesson learned on oil change express shops.

My first experience with the owner Jim Blaschke was over 20 years ago when he had another shop. Two other shops had previously quoted me $7-900.00. Jim said it didn't need all that work and fixed it for $85.00. Since then Jim has been doing my work now for over 2 decades. Nobody has treated me better. I send all of my friends who need someone they can trust with their car. They've all thanked me for telling them about Jim.

This is the BEST auto shop in the area, the other auto shops have nothing on this. This place is owned by a guy named Jimmy, and let me tell you Jimmy takes a lot of pride in his work, he's a little pricey but he offers a warranty on his work and does a great job in a timely manner. I have NEVER seen a mechanic that is so honest and does such a great job at their trade. I took my Prius here to get the head gasket fixed, and they accidentally put a crack in my windshield but they fixed it free of charge. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

I had a big issue with my old car 8 months ago, and took it to other mechanic in Laguna Hills who over charged me for inspection and misinformed me that pistons are wrapped and the engine must be repaired, and since it is an old car it is not worth it. However, I had diagnostic from another shop in Lake Forest who told me I have electrical issue, but they cannot do electrical. I took my car to Pro Care Auto, and told the story to Jim. He performed diagnostics, changed wire harness, spark plugs, coils, and replaced the ECU with a used one for a very reasonable price. Since then my car is running smoothly. This proves how lack of knowledge by other shops can make your life very hard. I was lucky to meet Jim, knowing such an expert mechanic is a great benefit.

Hi All, Returning after receiving service two years ago to give my review. I got my front and back breaks done for 1.1k on my 2008 BMW 328i. I have driven less than 10k miles in 30 months… my brake light is on and Firestone confirmed I need new rotors and breaks and these were not installed correctly. Additionally, I paid a total of 2.4k to have my cooling system replaced. I only drove 15k since this and I now have to replace the entire system again. I’ve spent 5.2k here in 3 years, and I’m highly disappointed with results. I would not recommend going here.

We needed to find a new auto shop as our neighborhood shop was sold recently and the prices went up significantly. We saw that Pro-Care Auto had good reviews and decided to give them a try. We had our first visit today and everything went well. They gave us a good price for our oil changes and also replaced a couple of filters/windshield wipers. So far, so good. We will definitely return for our next service to see if the prices are good across the board. We'll update if we have more news to share.

Great place! Job well done with honest work! Passenger light was completely broken, picture attached shows the passenger light working once again. I’ll be back for all my car repair needs, next job for me is replacing my front bumper. Juan is the best 💯 Edit: 2/6/22 - Juan came thru with the full upgrade!
