It’s pretty amazing because my car was so trashed from traveling and they actually come to you and do a next level service! I have to say Julio’s attitude put me in a good mood!! This team is phenomenal! They came to us, offered extremely reasonable prices, and completely transformed my car from a dust bucket into a shiny, waxed wonder. They were even able to buff some scratches to make them less obvious. Not to mention they were friendly, prompt, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. Yea, I hired this guy to wash & wax my RV. Nice guy but his attention to detail wasn't there. When I spoke to him he asked me if my RV had a ladder so he could climb and wash the top. In addition I lent him a ladder to assist him in reaching the higher sections. But when he was done and left. I did a walk around and noticed all the smudges of wax, the chrome work was shoddy. I reached out to him twice to rectify the issues. Nope, never responded. I'm pretty sure some of these 5 star reviews are self made. I will take my own responsibility for being in a hurry and not properly vetting this mobile business. I won't make that mistake again. After reading some of these negative reviews, I truly believe them. This person is not one that admits his shortfalls or attempts to do the right thing. I wouldn't recommend this business to wash a sidewalk.

Overall, this was a horrible experience. It started with Julio being an hour and a half late to my scheduled appointment time. I asked before hand if there was anything he needed supplied for the job on my end and he assured me that he had all the equipment necessary for him to do the detail. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. He did not have the required materials for the job; he had no water as well as inadequate, broken equipment. Luckily I had the materials on hand and was able to lend him what was needed however, things still did not improve. Throughout the service, I noticed in passing, his son was the only one consistently working while he remained on his phone sitting in his truck. At one point my girlfriend pointed out that she noticed him washing his own vehicle while his son continued working on our car. Julio left without letting me inspect the work he had done on the car. It wasn't until he left that I realized how bad the job/service actually was. He neglected to wash the entire top of my car, it was completely untouched with dirt still on top. He did not wipe down the windows and even left scuff marks on my car that were not there prior to the so-called "detail". After seeing the horrible service/job that was done, I texted him pictures and videos (which I'll supply in the post) questioning his work. His attempt to make it right was to reschedule for another time the following week. However, the work that was done was disappointing, to say the least. I declined his offer to re-do the "detail" and instead I requested a refund. I was told that I was taking advantage of the situation by wanting a refund, even though my pictures and videos prove his work was inadequate and unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a detail to avoid this business. I would leave less than a 1-star review if I could.

The guy who attended me, “julio” i believe was very friendly but i was very upset with the result of my service :( i called them and was asking about an interior detail and he told me it would range around 140-200 depending on the car’s condition. He charged me 200$. He was also around an 2hrs late from the time he had said. When he finishes its so dark and tells me I see anything that concerns me to contact him. I really could not see anything and decided was going to check in the morning. When i checked it looked like he only cleaned my seats & carpet but didn’t even touch anything else. He also left smudges on the inside of all my windows and when i called him about it he said that cleaning the inside of the window is not part of their interior detail, but then don’t make them dirtier then. He Left dirt in all cup holders and doors. He did not do a 200$ detail. He called it a “tiny problem” when i contacted him about it. Unfortunately i don’t recommend this place at all.

The reviews peaked my interest and I was not disappointed!! Took me ages to find a good mobile detail service and I found it!! Great conversation: whole hearted God fearing and hard working. Had Julio wash 3 of my cars and clay bar my “weekend ride” and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! He brought my cars back to life!!! Communication: I spoke to him on the phone then he messaged me before he arrived.
