🙄I did a quote online, someone called me within an hour, I told him what was wrong with the car so the next day he came for the diagnostic thing and he gave me a price and said that he would fix it, the day after he came back to fix it turns out it needed more repair so i gave him the diagnostic money and he told me that he would go and try to buy everything else and come back to repair it and that he would gave me the new price after buying everything. I’ve called and text him never heard from him again at least he could have told me that he couldn’t fix it and look for someone else. Seems like he only needed the diagnostic money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I had an issue with my 2012 VW CC Coupe, my friend thought he would help and pulled a fuse. Little did he know about foreign cars. I said dont touch it, its not a chevy and these cars are complicated. I was running great and he opted to pull a fuse with my key in the car. It then would not run, no throttle. I was not a happy girl. I called on a Saturday to a few places with no call back and then called Proficient from the internet. I got a call back right away from Robert. I was stressed he could hear in my voice. They offered to have uber take me to work if they could not work on it at my home. He said the technicians Jesse and Kenny were on a call and would contact me. It was late Saturday afternoon and I wasnt sure it would happen. To my surprise Jesse called. He and Kenny came to my home. Incredibly knowledgeable and polite. They diligently worked on my car and got it running. I asked what I owed and Jesse said its on us, I wanted to cry as things have been tuff. I said I cant do that. He insisted. I have never been treated with such respect and gotten this type of service. I would highly recommend them. I am just beyond words at the service and integrity of this company. Hats off to you! Super nice over the phone, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Then someone comes up and now they dodge your phone calls. I called multiple times over 2 days from my normal phone number which I'm guessing they have screened, no answer. I call from another line and it rings once before they pick up. I waited 3 days to hear back from them because their price was so low. I could have had my car fixed days ago!

Paid $85 dollars for a diagnostic just to be told there was nothing wrong with my car when it clearly is. My check engine light had went away due to my terminal being off the battery the mechanic came out and hook his machine up and told me nothing was showing as to why my car was in limp mode.But of course nothing will show without the check engine light being on . So 85 bucks down the drain and I still don’t know what’s wrong with my car mechanic just told me I need to sell it. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone. Just a quick come up with no solution

My first use of this service was to change the power steering pressure hose on my Acura MDX. I was quoted 1 hour of labor but the job took longer and they honored the original quote even though it should have been more. There was no hassle, they stood by their word. I have since used the service to change rotors on my BMW and belts and tensioner on my MDX. Stephen my service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Most of all I saved spending hours at the dealer to get the repairs done and their pricing was very competitive. I will continue to use their services and I give them 5 Stars

I was a bit skeptical at first. But when John an Jennifer reached to me via email to confirm my appointment for the next and who was going to show up. Jesse arrived and was able to replace my brake pads within 20 minutes. Jesse sure has a great attitude towards his work and his customers. I will definitely referr this company to my friends and neighbors. I can’t say enough about them.
