Worst experience every, paid in advance for the service and then they cancelled it the day I was supposed to return, then when I asked for a refund they said no and that I would need to go through SFO Parking. Outrageous and this company should not be allowed on SFO any longer, I will be sure to file a formal complaint with BBB, City and County of SF. They should not take peoples money in advance and then not provided the service, I believe that’s call stealing -

Foolishly paid for a wash and wax as part of my long term parking at SFO for two weeks. First I recieved an inappropriate and harassing text message from an alleged former employee, and when I returned they had not done the wash and wax paid for. They have not responded to multiple emails or phone calls. This place is a scam. Do not waste your time.

I hired them to wash my car in SFO's Long Term parking while I was on a trip. They had 8 days to wash the car. They sent me a text message that due to "supply chain issues" they could not perform the work. Supply chain issue for water, soap and a spunge?! They promised to refund the charges. We shall see. What a joke! SFO should fire them as a concession.

WARNING: DO NOT purchase a car wash at SF Long term Parking lot to be performed by Pronto Car Wash. I prepaid for car wash at SFO Long term parking lot in April 2022. They never performed the service and I let them know immediately. After acknowledging their error, they promised a credit. After texting back and forth with them and also contacting SF Airport, they stopped responding. Now over two months later, I had to file a dispute w/ my credit card company. Now seeing the other reviews, it's apparent that they have major issues with performing services.

I scheduled a cleaning at SFO Long Term Parking, wanting to return to a clean car when I am back from a trip. While the cleaning was done, the results were far from satisfactory. My car was by no means very dirty - I usually wash it every 2-3 weeks. The car was left with swirl marks all over the place and there were lots of insect bodies on the front bumper that were not removed (look at the picture attached). I am not expecting perfect results, but this is ridiculously sloppy. It is worse than even a machine car wash, much less a $34 so-called hand wash. In the end, I had to finish the job myself when I reached home, definitely the last thing I wanted to do after a long flight.
